Plan dans le quartier de Capitol Hill avec des restaurants, des musées, des cafés, des bars, Whole Foods, supermarché géant, ligne H St tramway et des attractions touristiques à quelques pas. La propriété est un charmant nouvellement meublé une chambre sous-sol anglais avec un lit queen-size dans le BR; queen-size Canapé dans le salon, salle à manger avec table et 4 chaises; TV avec lecteur DVD, et wifi. La divulgation complète: le WIFI est ok, mais peut ne pas être assez solide pour supporter le streaming. Actuellement, il n'y a pas de télévision par câble, mais il y a un lecteur de DVD.

Easy check in/out. Quick responses, well stocked with all the basics. Perfect location, such a nice neighborhood, we always felt safe. Steps are as described, we are in our 60s and faired just fine.

The host was very responsive to each question I had about the property, both before arrival and during my stay. I wasn’t prepared for how tricky the steps were to descend into the basement apartment, and the 4 steps from the property to the sidewalk had no hand rail. It’s something I have to rely on.

Fabulous stay!

Our family of 3 really enjoyed this fabulously-located unit. It was steps to Union Station, Capitol Hill, and great restaurants. Check in and check out was smooth, communication excellent. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay in DC

The location is less than a mile from the capital and very cozy. Eric and Jonathan were very accomdating and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are wanting to explore Capital Hill.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, super close to any and all things we needed, and was nice and quiet. Parking is a little funky. I recommend looking up the DC parking zones so that you have an understanding of how the parking pass works. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot close to downtown DC

This was a great place to stay for a visit to DC! Johnathan, the host, was very friendly and helpful.The Metro is a short 5 minute walk, there is a wonderful coffee shop/grocery store directly across the street, and several restaurants nearby. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely and very walkable at all hours.Much better than staying at a hotel outside of town and commuting into the city!

The location is great. The unit itself is quaint at first glance, but is in need of TLC, deep cleaning and a coat of paint. It is a basement apartment in a very old building with an entrance with deteriorating stairs.

Perfect Location

This property was about a 7 minute walk to Union Station as well as a grocery store. It was very clean and exactly what we needed for our DC sightseeing vacation!

Fantastic Location

My daughter and I used this property for a 9 day stay to sightsee around DC. We could not have asked for a better location. Most days we walked everywhere we went but with Union Station 2 blocks away we were able to hop on the Metro too. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and great location!

We loved our stay in DC! This is a wonderful location close to the national mall and walking distance to Union Station. Very spacious with lots of amenities! The bed was comfy and I slept amazing. The host was always quick to respond to my questions and was kind and accommodating! Would highly recommend!

Great Stay on Capital Hill

A great place to stay in DC, whether you're a tourist or here on business. Convenient on-street parking, if you're driving. Well-stocked kitchen and Whole Foods a few blocks away, if you want to cook or plenty of nearby restaurants if not. Clean & comfortable, I stayed here with my two adult children and didn't feel cramped. I'd stay here again when I'm in the area.

Location, Location, Location!

Although the garden patio was not quite as described, the apartment was clean and well stocked. The location was great, close to Union Station, restaurants, coffee, and markets. And the host was very responsive and helpful.
