This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Perfect location to the beach. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Didn’t lack anything! Would not hesitate to book again! Jason is a great communicator. Thanks for every thing!

The property had everything that we needed for a great getaway at the beach. Clean. Modern. Third floor had great views. Host was very responsive with minor hiccups that were resolved during the day.

Great spot right on the beach! The condo is exactly as described. Nicely decorated with all the comforts of home! Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided. Jason was always responsive and accommodating. Perfect stay!

Jason’s place was nice and could have been excellent if not for these three issues. The bed sheets were dirty and there were no spare sheets. Sent a message to Jason, but didn’t get a response until the following morning. Had to pay to wash the sheets that night after a long day of travel. The shower head was not great. The location was perfect and he had everything you need for a great stay.

Place was perfect for family of 4. Clean updated with great view of beach, sunsets were great too! The only cons was water pressure made it difficult to shower, and no WiFi. We didn’t mind as much bc we were on the beach mainly. Would go back again.

Unit was very updated and clean. Many small touches made the stay very nice. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly with answers. They even checked on us when there was a storm and we lost power temporarily. Would stay there again.

Jason and Amber’s condo exceeded our expectations. The corner unit with windows on three sides allowed each room to fill with natural light with the curtains and blinds open. The comfortable furnishings, modern appliances, supply of beach equipment/towels, and calming interior made it an enjoyable destination all its own on our trip. The condo was also spotlessly clean.The building is right on a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water. There’s easy parking, a nice pool, pleasant and knowledgeable neighbors, and close grocery and restaurant options. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the condo each morning, evening cocktails on the balcony watching the sunset, and many strolls down the beach. We even saw a full rainbow with lightening adjacent and a lunar eclipse during our four days.The hosts were top notch. Incredibly communicative, informative, and caring that our time in their special space was as good as it could possibly be. It was everything we were looking for and more for our time on Sunset Beach. Thank you Jason & Amber!

What a great place to stay and exactly as advertised. The beach and view are incredible. The condo was perfectly clean, updated very nicely, and had everything we needed. This also is the best location in the entire area in my opinion. We had a little hiccup getting into the unit, but response and resolution was quick. The only downside is no private balcony; however, being able to sit outside on the walkway outside the room with this location makes it all worth it. My wife and I certainly recommend and would stay again.
