Surf Court est un complexe orienté océan, à 1 pâté de maisons de la plage. Surf Court 53 est une maison de ville de 2 étages, un vol au-dessus du niveau de la rue. Le célèbre centre de tennis Van Der Meer est situé à 1,5 pâté de maisons de Surf Court. La belle cour paysagée dispose d'une grande piscine. Surf Court 53 est parfait pour 2 couples ou une famille. Il y a un roi dans la chambre principale et une reine dans la chambre d'hôtes chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privée. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat. L'unité est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour cuisiner un bon repas. Le condo a un plan d'étage spacieux avec une salle de bain 1/2 en bas. Le salon est confortable avec une grande télévision à écran plat et Internet sans fil. Le balcon du salon mène à la piscine et la vue est magnifique en regardant la cour, le soleil chaud est idéal pour prendre votre café du matin.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was in excellent condition and extremely comfortable, spacious, and cozy. We loved how close we were to everything- the beach being right across the street and Coligny being a short walk away. We highly recommend this for families!

This is a great beach property. Very nice, but nothing fancy. The pool is right out of the back door, the beach access is across the street, and Coligny is a few blocks walk. I can’t wait to stay again n Ct year!

Great Experience

Fantastic stay! A short walk to the beach, plenty of space, and a large pool right behind the property. We were a short walk to Coligny plaza too! The condo came with a beach rental voucher, which was super nice too. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing beach week

The property was clean, modern, and well-equipped. We contacted the property manager about a late arrival due to unexpected traffic and were promptly accommodated. We visit HHI every year in the fall and would absolutely book this property again

Absolutely Amazing!

The place was spotless when we arrived, and was fully furnished. We had no issues checking in, it was completely hands off and was as simple as a text. Check out was just as easy too! The location was a few minutes walk from the beach, in a lovely condominium with a gated pool that was just as clean as the place we stayed at. Will definitely be coming back!

Great location

This property is a great location, very quick walk to the beach and lots of places to eat, shop and drink that are walkable. However there is no charm with this rental, they give one roll of paper towels, two laundry detergent pods (you are required to start the dish washer when you vacate), and little bars of soap for the bathrooms. We stayed 5 nights. It would be a lot nicer if more was available and provided from the rental company, especially when most people are traveling from out of state.

We had a great time here! Condo was nice and clean. There was plenty of space. The property was nice! Only complaint was the washer didn’t seem to work right. It kept getting caught up and wouldn’t spin the water out of the clothes. Otherwise a great stay! Staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. Would come back!

Location to the beach was excellent. Many items and appliances were broken. The kitchen had much fewer plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc compared to other accommodations we have used. There was a k-cup coffee maker which makes a much more expensive coffee than a drip machine. Other than the location, I would not recommend the unit.

Comfortable and good location

Property is in good location. Close to Coligny. Many places to eat within walking distance. It is on the backside of Surf Court which makes the walk to the beach a little longer but the walk is easy. There is a nice walkway to the beach. The property was well maintained but there were stains on the sofa which is expected when you have renters coming and going. Recommend having the sofa cleaned in the near future. Bed and sofa are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We enjoyed it

Our stay was fine overall. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned and the sliding glass doors need replacing. They are hard to open and close. The balcony is small. The kitchen has everything you need and it was nice having a washer and dryer. It was about 8 minutes to walk to the beach. The decor is nice.
