Villa Kalogris dispose d'une piscine privée, d'un barbecue et d'un parking. Cette propriété traditionnelle de 2 étages offre une vue imprenable sur la mer Ionienne et les îles voisines d'Ithaque et de Lefkas. Il est situé à seulement 500 mètres du village de Maganos avec des tavernes locales, des supérettes, des épiceries et à 3 km du pittoresque Fiskardo. Cette jolie villa est idéalement située au milieu des oliviers et de belles fleurs dans un cadre reposant et paisible. Il est élégamment meublé et entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un salon spacieux avec cheminée, des canapés confortables et une salle à manger / cuisine séparée pouvant accueillir six personnes. Le salon a 2 portes-fenêtres qui donnent directement sur la terrasse de la piscine. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a aussi une chambre double et une salle de bain spacieuse. À l'étage supérieur, il y a deux chambres lits jumeaux avec salle de bains et balcon privé. Les trois chambres sont climatisées.

True serenity and privacy , amazing views to Ithaka, Lefkada and the main land, and closer green hill - perfection. Wonderful seating options around the pool. This is a fabulous villa up above the village of Maganos and only ten minutes from the wonderful port of Fiskardo. We travelled as a family of four and were met by the fantastic owner Nick who showed us around and made us feel so welcome. The pool is perfect and the area around has shade and privacy and the most spectacular views to Ithaca, Lefkada and the Greek mainland. We spent 9 days here and didn’t want to leave so there is very good chance we will be back some day!

Title says it all really! This property is even better than the photos. Inside it’s spacious, very clean, very well equipped. Outside it’s simply magical. Nick is a great host, very helpful but not intrusive. I can honestly say this is the best self-catering property we’ve ever been in and we’ve been to many. We all hope to be back soon!

Back again

This is our second stay at Villa Kalogris in Katarata, having visited before with family. While the location requires a car to get to the beaches restuarants and Fiskardo they are only short drives away and the views and facilities at the villa more than compensate for that. Nick is a fantastic host and we had a great holiday. I am sure we shall return before too long

Perfect house with panoramic views. I don’t think we will ever stay in a place which will beat the views! Pool was a perfect addition to keep us cool and house has everything that you could need. Great location for exploring the area.

Stylish property close to Fiskardo and excellent local village with great restaurants and local shops. Lovely garden with ample seating, views and able to be in shade or sun at any time. Nick very helpful and will visit again.

Fantastic villa

We had a truly wonderful time at the villa and Nick was a fantastic host. He was so helpful and made our stay very easy. The pool area is so well thought out and the sea views are incredible. The facilities were good and the aircon worked well and was much appreciated in the heat. This is such a gem that we are keen to return soon!

A perfect family villa just outside Fiscardo

We had a wonderful time in this lovely villa. The location was just what we wanted just outside Fiscardo. The villa had incredible views and lovely pool and eating / sunbathing area that we enjoyed relaxing in. Nick was very friendly and helpful and came to find us when we took a wrong turn on the way there. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Kefalonian Magic

The property is in a fabulous location with views over the Ionian sea . It is situated in a quiet location with a lovely pool. Two of the bedrooms have balconies again with fabulous views.. It's is very wel equipped and the owner Nick was a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to returning soon.

Nice house to base your explorations of Kefalonia. We didn’t hang out much at the house but enjoyed the space while we were there. End of season was still lovely and Nick went out of his way to help us with getting to Ithaca.
