An incredible location and pristine home

We loved our stay - the house itself is extremely clean and everything feels new. Well stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach and exploring Falmouth. Check in was a breeze and the instructions for the home were all very clear. We would absolutely stay again!

A nice little house and a great location.

This is a very comfortable three bedroom house, well taken care of and easy to maintain for a renter. The owner is very cooperative and the location is superb if you want to be in Falmouth and in a quiet neighborhood right near the beach and the harbor. we would definitely stay there again!

My family stayed here for the Cape Cod Marathon. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Main street. It's also a short walk to the beach. The property is in excellent condition, with all new appliances, and plenty of space for my family of 5. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great marathon location

We stayed at this property for the 2023 Cape Cod Marathon weekend. The house was immaculate and Bob was very responsive and accommodating. The location is terrific, within walking distance to downtown and the marathon start/finish line. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House, Amazing Location!

My family and I (3 kids ages 3-8) stayed in this lovely home for 3 weeks in August. It was the perfect spot for us. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, updated kitchen and great backyard. We especially loved the location which was in walking distance to town and Surf Drive Beach. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Fabulous home!

I was here with my family—two small kids, partner, and mother-in-law, for a week of work+vacation and this home was fantastic! Great layout for all of us, comfortably outfitted with everything we needed plus some extra fun things like a train set my two year old loved! The location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach and restaurants on Falmouth Main Street. The host was responsive and the stay was excellent! We’d love to come again!

Great Spot on Falmouth

Stayed for a week. Loved the accommodations: nice kitchen, modern appliances and plenty of room. Bedrooms accommodated our whole group. Nice quiet neighborhood. Outside was really pleasant and secluded. Great for grilling and chilling after a beach day. We could easily walk to the beach each day as well as to the main street in Falmouth.
