Un duplex de deux Ă©tages cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte dans une rue sans issue calme. Grande escapade pour les grandes et petites familles. Chaque unitĂ© de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 7 couchages. A quelques pas de Falmouth Village avec ses boutiques et restaurants. À seulement 200 mĂštres de la plage Surf Drive (zone de baignade pour les enfants, stand de concession, vestiaires et douche); courte distance de la piste cyclable et du ferry Martha's Vineyard. Un court trajet en vĂ©lo ou en voiture jusqu'Ă  Woods Hole. Pendant votre sĂ©jour Ă  Woods Hole, assurez-vous de visiter le centre d'exposition Ocean Science. Il y a un petit aquarium au milieu de la ville. Il serait le plus ancien aquarium du pays et «caresser» le poisson est autorisĂ©! Beaucoup de restaurants, idĂ©al pour le dĂ©jeuner pour toute la famille et pour les dĂźners romantiques.

wonderful from A to Z

We had a wonderful vacation in Regina's house. Everything is perfect. Communication with Regina is easy. Regina quickly helped us when we had questions or needs. The location of the house is a major asset. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the city center 10 minutes. You couldn't ask for a better trip to Falmouth.

great location so close to the beach and to town and cute shops. The unit was ok, but unfortunately poor heating and insulation so we were freezing at night despite wearing double layers to bed and thermostat didn't work. Thin comforters. If you aren't staying there in winter then this should not be a problem!

Location, Location, Location

Between the beautifully landscaped yard and the proximity to the ocean, this is a fabulous place! We love walking to the ocean for our am and pm walks, The Shining Sea Bike trail is also very close and just a joy! Property owners were great to work with. Definitely will stay here next year. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great location

The duplex was very nice, clean and comfy. It was in a great location - a short walk in to town and just. 5 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor furniture, grill and fire pit were an added bonus and a nice place for dinner and relaxximg.

Duplex in Falmouth

Property is in a great location, walking distance to the shore and a little longer walk or short drive will get you to town with a pub and a few places to eat. Martha’s Vineyard ferry parking is less than ten minutes away with a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ferry. Regina (owner) is right next door and is very friendly and accommodating!!

Beach

The accommodations were fine but the beds werenot made and I had to call the host to find out where the sheets were located. There were very limited towels and the yard was very cluttered with stuff.

Great location in Falmouth

We’ve stayed on this same street for 6 years and you can’t beat it - 1 block to the beach and 15min walk to downtown. The property was as described. Loved the central AC and owner was very responsive and friendly.

Cape Cod Family Vacation

Outstanding location. Host was very responsive. 2 bedrooms had bugs resulting in people getting bug bites, skin irritations. Outside grill was very dirty (Looked like it had not been used or cleaned this season). Upstairs air conditioning unit out of window.

Lovely home

Loved our stay. The house is very clean and cozy and perfect location to beach and town. Regina is a wonderful host and her gardens around property are gorgeous!! Easy come and go with door key pad as adult kids often ventured out to beach or biking trails.

Great Stay

My wife, 2 children (2 and 5) and labradoodle had a wonderful stay at Regina's home. We booked the home for the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Main Street Falmouth, which has numerous cute stores and restaurants. It is also a 5-10 minute drive from the super market, Woods Hole (ferry terminal and cool town), numerous play grounds and the home of the Falmouth Cape League Baseball team. Regina (owner) is very nice and helpful. House was consistent with its presentation in the listing.

Perfect location and excellent host

My family and I had a great time staying at this home. The house is a short walk to the beach (perfect to not have to worry about beach parking!) and nice walk to Main Street. Check in process and instructions were very easy / helpful and the host, Regina, was incredibly friendly and gracious throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Another great beach vacation!

This was the second time my family stayed here and everything was wonderful. There were also nice updates - easy keyless entry and a digital thermostat. You cannot beat this location or the included beach items to use, and the owner is super nice and fast with replying.

Close to beach and town

Clean and comfortable home with lovely garden and updated kitchen and bath in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The main street with it's shops and restaurants is a comfortable walk or a 5 minute drive away. The owner was very helpful, kind and welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed, and shared useful information with lots of info about local restaurants and attractions.

Perfect neighborhood.
You can stay here without ever using your car. Everything is within walking distance: beach, bike path, shops and restaurants, public library. Peter Pan bus is about 1.5 mi from the house, you can take it to Boston South Station and Logan Airport.

- 0.7 mi from Falmouth Village with shops and restaurants
- 200 yards from the beach (3 minutes walk)
- Dead end street.
- Safe family-oriented neighborhood.

Some Local Attractions:

1 mi from the Shining Sea bike path (https://www.capecodbikeguide.com/shiningsea.asp) - 10.7mi long. Woods Hole to North Falmouth. Asphalt, wheelchair accessible. Great for hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, rollerblading, and inline skating. Safe for kids.

Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (https://www.vineyardferries.com) is close by; you can walk there to escape parking fees if using the Island Queen ferry.

Pier and jetty fishing.

Spohr Garden (https://www.spohrgardens.org/) 6-acre private but open to the public free of charge, woodland garden, next to Oyster Pond, is the perfect place for a walk with nature. No dogs allowed.

Salt Pond Trails (https://saltpondsanctuaries.org/salt-pond/) and Birds Sanctuary offer beautiful walking trails and pond views. Great place to walk alone or with your family. Accessible from the Shining Sea bike bath, Elm St., Mill Rd, and Surf Drive. Dog friendly.

Beebe Woods (https://highfieldhallandgardens.org/visit-highfield/beebe-woods/) is a great place to visit and hike. Dog friendly.

Peterson Farm (https://300committee.org/conservation-lands-2/peterson-farm/) is one of the oldest farms on Cape Cod (1679). It's a beautiful place for a quiet visit or walk alone or with family, and it's accessible either through the Beebe Woods or the Woods Hole road.

The Knob (https://saltpondsanctuaries.org/the-knob/) is "a major attraction to the public for its nature walk, birding, marsh, coastal bank and its spectacular views of Quissett Harbor and Buzzards Bay."

Bourne Farm (https://saltpondsanctuaries.org/bourne-farm/) is over 49 acres of fields, trails, and woodlands. A great place to bring your dog in.
