La maison a une entrée élevée et à l'entrée, vous êtes accueillis avec un plan d'étage ouvert. Comme vous vous déplacez dans le foyer de la propriété ouvre avec la grande cuisine et les offres mises à jour à la salle à manger et salon. Juste à côté de la salle et la salle à manger est un pont qui court le long du dos de la maison qui est couvert et offre des sièges et un barbecue. Retour à l'avant de la propriété hors de l'entrée est l'une des cinq chambres à coucher avec un lit queen et salle de bain complète attenante avec la chambre et la salle d'accès.
Comme vous allez à l'étage dans la propriété il y a 4 chambres plus situées à ce niveau. Au sommet de l'escalier à droite est la chambre des maîtres avec salle de bains principale spacieuse avec douche séparée et baignoire et double lavabo. La chambre à côté dispose d'un lit superposé et salle de bains privative. Partout dans le hall de cette chambre est la salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Au bout du couloir se trouve une autre chambre avec un lit king size et une salle de bain privée. A la fin de la salle est la chambre double avec salle de bains privative.
Le joyau caché de cette propriété est l'espace extérieur. devant le garage sous la maison est un espace de vie en plein air qui offre de nombreuses places assises couvertes avec un réfrigérateur extérieur et salon et salle à manger. Cela peut être un grand espace pour échapper à la chaleur et profiter du cadre boisé privé autour de la maison. La piscine a une vue boisée merveilleuse et la combinaison de l'espace couvert et en plein air est plus que suffisant pour recevoir tout le groupe lorsqu'ils ne sont pas à la plage.

We had a wonderful time in HHI staying at this home. It was very clean, and we loved the location being next to Sea Pines but in Sea Pines. You also have access to Sea Pines using this house. We loved the walk to the beach, where it was always uncrowded.

Just ok.
This property is in need of a deep cleaning. We swept 3 vacuum containers of pet hair off of the floor and steps AFTER the cleaning folks were done. The couch and chair cushions are visible dirty. Rugs in the bathrooms and bedrooms are dirty seemingly from pets. We arrived on Saturday and the trash was overflowing from the previous tenant leaving no space for our trash. After multiple calls to the rental property, the trash was finally picked up on Thursday after raccoons had a field day in the overflowing cans. The outside area and pool are nice, but the mosquitos were so bad that it was difficult to fully enjoy. We went through multiple citronella candles and bottles of bug spray but the mosquitos were ruthless. Woods and marsh/swamp land behind the property are nice from a privacy perspective, but led to more critters around the place than you typically see in Hilton Head. Mosquitos, Roaches (palmetto bugs), spiders, frogs, lizards, raccoons and bats were all around. The 4 bikes that came with the property were great and the passes to get into Sea Pines worked out well for us. Proximity to the beach was a little further than I expected, but the bikes made for a quicker trip. We love Hilton Head and will come back, but we won't stay at this property again.

Beautiful home, great location
This is the tenth home we have rented in Hilton Head and while it was beautifully remodeled, it still needs a few features that will allow it to be a true "home away from home". The layout is actually perfect for multiple families, my family (2 boys 5 & 8 and my husband), my parents, and my sister's family with her two kids. The kids all stayed upstairs and the two masters up there were very nice. The downstairs room was nicely decorated, but we realized there was no dresser anywhere in the room for putting clothes away. I believe due to the decor of the house, almost all storage areas in any room (including closets) had multiple knickknacks in them that needed to be moved or wouldn't allow for putting clothes, shoes or toiletries away. I would also recommend the homeowners install hand towel rings in the bathrooms and additional towel racks or hooks.
The house is right outside the back gate for Sea Pines but is part of the property, so having access was very convenient. There is also a cut through to the beach across the street and a quick five minute walk away. And on our final day we discovered the gorgeous Red Piano Art Gallery right next door to the house. Their collection is amazing and the owner was incredibly kind.
We usually spent mornings on the beach and then came home for lunch and to lounge in the pool. Having our dog with us, I appreciated the fenced in backyard so I could hose her off once we got back from the beach and then let her stay outside to dry. She absolutely loved the beach and playing in the surf.
Hilton Head is and always will be my happy place and we had another lovely stay. With a few easy changes this house can go from good to great.

Great location for a large group!
The rental management company was quick to respond and very helpful. They made the process of renting a place for 10 adults super easy. The property was spacious, with enough kitchen and dining space for all of us. The living room was tight. I think a property with this many rooms should have a few more chairs/ larger couch, but all around we made it work.

Misleading and very distressed property
Forgetting the high price (which that market is allowing), the house had not been cleaned well, the downstairs furniture was so dirty and had an awful odor, the pool was not able to be used due to backing up to swamp with overwhelming mosquitos. The stairs leading downstairs have a strong urine smell coming from the very old carpet or maybe the open toilet outside. Walk to beach was a hard walk (not 7 minutes unless you are carrying nothing). Property manager didn't have much to say when we called. Something is going on with the reviews because it is impossible this was rated a 4 and 5 only. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. I would avoid unless you are looking for a college party house.

Overall stay was OK
I will start by saying that overall we had a nice stay. The downstairs area (kitchen and living room) was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the table was large enough to comfortably fit our adult size group of 8. The bedrooms were fine, but there was a terrible moldy smell coming from the laundry room next to one of the master bedrooms that really needs to be addressed. The walk to the beach is very doable (1/2 mile from door to sand). The pool and downstairs area was a very different story. The area where the outdoor couch and table are is very dirty and buggy and extremely uninviting. The pool itself is surrounded by trees which makes for a nice backdrop but there is no sun at all during the day. The house itself is dog friendly with a fenced-in yard but there is no grass for them to potty on, only mulch. Also, the mulch gets on the pool since there is not a lot of pool deck area. Again, not a terrible stay but these are things we wish we would have known before booking.

Beach getaway
The property was perfect for our large group. Having the 5 bedrooms gave us the comfort of spreading out. Short walk to the beach. My only complaint is that the pool was really cold and was very expensive to heat it up. Other than that, we had a great time!

Great for our small family getaway.
After months of staying home due to the pandemic, we decided to take a quiet and private trip south Hilton Head to escape the chilly fall weather in Maryland. We wanted a place with a private, heated pool and enough space to function for our family of five. This property was perfect! Located near the beach (7 minute walk) and close to restaurants for curb-side pick-up. The kids had a wonderful time playing in the pool and my 1st grader had a private space to log in for virtual learning, made easy with the WiFi in the house.

Beautiful Home
This is a beautiful home in a very convenient area. We loved the backyard and outdoor living space. The home is pet friendly and we brought our dog. My only "constructive" feedback is that the carpets appeared to be in need of cleaning/replacing and the storage area in the garage could us a good cleaning. We had one or two small issues that the management team took care of promptly! Overall the home was perfect for our large family and we were pleased. We would rent again from this owner and property management team!

Easy process to rent. The property was nice but carpet a bit worn but for a dog friendly property it was great! It was easy walk to the beach and close to everything. Great size and so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. All in all a great time was had!

Great stay!
We stayed here with 2 other families - there was plenty of room for everyone! Really loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom (Queen bedroom on 1st floor shares with main living area). It was about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach given the number of children and supplies we were carrying, but it was an easy walk. Loved having access to Sea Pines.

Very beautiful property in the right location
The property is extremely nice with quality furnitures that invites us to spend time inside the house. the location is just perfect. The level of cleanliness was good but not excellent. The outside including the pool not at the standard of the interiors and also with not much sun during the day.

Great Location
We enjoyed our visit in Hilton Head. Great property for multiple families. The beach is about a 7-10 minute walk and very private/quiet compared to Coligny's main entrance area. We loved being so close to Sea Pines and Coligny areas. Great location.
