Bienvenue Ă  The Pelican House! SituĂ© dans la communautĂ© de villĂ©giature fermĂ©e de luxe de Wild Dunes sur l'Ăźle de Palms, en Caroline du Sud, vous trouverez la paix et la dĂ©tente dont vous rĂȘviez. L'emplacement est ce qui fait de bonnes vacances et le Pelican House ne déçoit pas. À seulement 100 mĂštres de la plus belle plage privĂ©e d'IOP, vous n'aurez pas Ă  monter dans la voiture et Ă  essayer de trouver une place de parking pour vous rendre Ă  la plage. Si vous voulez ĂȘtre au bord de la piscine, la piscine communautaire Pelican Bay est Ă  quelques pas de la porte d'entrĂ©e.

Le premier Ă©tage comprend un salon rĂ©cemment meublĂ© avec cheminĂ©e et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 55 pouces; toute nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et une cuisiniĂšre Ă  double four; salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 6-8; et un salon projetĂ© magnifiquement dĂ©corĂ© qui surplombe le lagon pittoresque et propose Ă©galement une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, un ventilateur de plafond et des guirlandes pour se dĂ©tendre le soir. La luxueuse chambre principale offre un lit King, des portes menant Ă  la vĂ©randa arriĂšre, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 55 pouces, un grand dressing et une salle de bain principale. Une salle d'eau termine le rez-de-chaussĂ©e. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e du WiFi haut dĂ©bit et de DirecTV. Un lit balançoire de vĂ©randa mis Ă  jour rend la maison encore plus confortable pour les vacances reposantes dont vous rĂȘvez.

The perfect spot

Great place to stay! Perfect location with just a quick walk to the beach. The house has everything you need for your time away as well as ample space for eveyone in the house. Can't wait to go back!

Great for a family!

My family stayed here, and it was perfect! The home was clean, and the beach and pool were a short walk for my kids! I even loved the gate on the stars to keep our toddler contained safely :) will be coming back.

Home was amazing! Totally remodeled and is beautiful! Lots of space, multiple bedrooms and a huge kitchen. We would love to stay there again!

11 Pelican Reach

Wild Dunes is a wonderful resort and this home was just perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We really enjoyed the layout. The location is perfect and so close to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family house

We truly enjoyed the layout of this house - it offered the perfect space to enjoy our team at Wild Dunes. Loved the cul-de-sac and one level living. We would love to come back!

We loved our stay at 11 pelican bay , island reality was very attentive to our needs, the clothes dryer stopped working, it was replaced the next day, looking forward to staying there again next year !!

Spring Break get away!

Annual Girls Trip

My 3 closest friends and I have been going away every year for distressing, long weekends. This was the PERFECT house - it was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, convenient to everything in Wild Dunes, SO CLOSE to the beach and the Beach House! We loved it so much we cannot wait to book it again!! So thankful for the owners generosity and thoughtful gestures throughout the house! ❀

Great location, screen porch and front porch.

The location was a short, easy walk to the beach. We loved the front porch swing and spent most of our time on the back screen porch. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked and we had everything we needed. The home's exterior could use pressure washing and repairs, as it looked tired. The wood on the screen porch was filthy and could have been at least wiped down if not washed. The interior was clean enough and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the living area was cozy. It's a lovely home but needs a little TLC. We enjoyed our stay and liked the home. The rental agency was responsive and very helpful. We rented both bikes and an umbrella and beach chairs, which was a nice service that we enjoyed.

Just Okay

Pictures were a bit deceiving. Not super clean. Some dishes in cupboard were not clean. Back deck looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Dirty, leaves etc. chairs were dirty and so was deck. Back covered patio chairs and cushions were not clean. Despite this we liked the location and the peaceful setting. A bit pricey and expected a little more.

The interiors are decorated beautifully! The home had all of the amenities and cooking supplies we needed for my family. The several spaces to watch TV, especially the Gamecocks were great. However, I wish there would have been a large TV in the living area with the sectional sofa to accommodate the eight of us watching the game. We would be more than happy to rent this home again in the future! Thanks again for the hospitality.

We txtd with maintenance 1 time re garbage disposal and they were very responsive guiding us thru resetting the 2 button unique setup at this houseOnly recommendation for property mgmt company was the nearby community pool water appeared unclean. Water was cloudy vs clear. We spent most of our time at the beach so not a big issue for us.

Overall, nice.

The house itself was nice. Some things are a little rundown/outdated and need fixing. The "beach items" it states they provide, are left over items from other visitors. Nothing of real substance. Not enough towels for the 5 people who stayed, no kitchen towels, and very miscellaneous utensils. Overall, still a good house. Cleaning service needs to update their checklist.
