Casa del Vicolo: centre pietonne, parking gratuit, facile à tous les destination

L'appartement est au coin d'un immeuble situé dans le centre historique, lumineux et donnant sur la Piazza del Bastione, les jardins et la mer. L'appart est sur 2 niveaux.
1er etg: chambre double ave air cond. et salle de bain privée, une petite chambre avec un lit simple et saille de bains privée;
2eme etg: cuisine, salon avec divan-lit double et aircond.et toilette service avec lavabo. Antibruit windows.
Garage privée à 600mt de l'appart. Il est facile à pied pour le train et les bateaux pour le 5 Terres. L'appartement est dans un immeuble ancien de 1500 mais a été entièrement restauré en 2018, dans le centre historique, peut accueillir confortablement 5 personnes. Mobilier totalement neuf. Les nombreuses salles de bains permettent une liberté maximale. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Dans le quartier vous trouverez supermarchés, magasins de légumes et un atelier de fabrication de pâtes fraîches. Vous trouverez également des pizzérias et des petits restaurants, des cafés et des glaciers très proches. à pied, vous pourrez également facilement rejoindre le célèbre marché de la rue Piazza Cavour, ouvert tous les matins du lundi au samedi.

Great location and host was very responsive. The property and its amenities were great value for the money. The host provided an excellent synopsis of things to do in the area, excursions and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again should we travel to the area.

Spacious la Spezia apartment located on bustling Square near all of the action. Tons of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the train you are going to Cinque Terre. Small secure, parking garage available if you drive. It is a bit of a walk from the apartment, but we’ve left our car there for the duration of our time so it was not a big deal. Host was wonderful with communication and helpful answering questions from a first time visitor! Wood go back definitely!

Notice to older travellers - there are 33 steps inside the apartment from the front door up to the living space that you have to haul suitcases. The location is beautiful, but very noisy at night into the early hours of the morning.

Very nice apartment which had everything we needed for our very pleasant 3 night stay. The train station was easily accessible - for visiting Cinque Terre - as was the Carrefour Express supermarket. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great apartment! Awesome location !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need with lots of privacy. The best part is the location- a beautiful piazza with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. 5 min walk to Marina and 10 min walk to train station. Very recommended!

Very great stay!

My family and I (15, 12) stayed at this place a La Spezia for few days. The place is well located, a short walk from the station (10 minutes) et got a lot of space ! Perfect for a family. Cristina is a great host, she answered quickly to my questions. We had a very good time and we truly recommend this place ! Thanks!!

Great Stay!

It was a great location and the apartment was well equipped. The landlord was easy to communicate with and helped us out when needed. I was grateful for the parking even though it was a good walk away. Don’t pack heavy ;-). I’d go back anytime.

Great Location!

What a great space to base out of when visiting/hiking Cinque Terre for 4 days! Close walking distance to the train station & we loved the pedestrian-only area the place is located. Many restaurants close by, as well as a nice grocery store! Plus, the Catholic Church is right behind the place, along with the bells ringing in the morning! Loved seeing the Locals hang out in the Plaza at night & experiencing what they get to enjoy every day! The Place is absolutely perfect to relax & enjoy Italy! Thank you for a lovely stay!!!!!

A great apartment in the city center, just a few steps from restaurants, shops, museums, market and night life. The apartment has separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. The sitting area was very nice and the kitchen well equipped for a long stay, except for the oven. The square downstairs can be a bit loud at night, so be prepared not to go to bed at least till midnight.

Pleasant in La Spezia

We enjoyed our stay in Cristina’s property. Bed was super comfortable and shower room although small but nice. The noise from the square in the front was loud on Saturday but ok on other nights. I hope Cristina will put a sign on or near the door so as to give future renters some confidence they are trying to open the correct apartment. Overall very comfortable

Yes you are right ! apartment name sign will be positioned close to entrance door next week. It was not still ready at your arrival and you were among the first guests for this location. Nice to see that everything was fine then!

La Spezia!

This property’s location is outstanding! Right on a little square. We had espresso and cappuccino along with fresh pastries every morning at the little café 50 steps from the property. The apartment is immaculate, very clean. It’s even better than in the the pictures, The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We were there over a very lively Saturday night and couldn’t hear anything going on in the square. It was easy to visit Pisa and Cinque Terre from the apartment. There is a very old church right behind the apartment where we enjoyed some quiet reflective momwnts, it was really cool. It was in the 90’s everyday we were there, the A/C did a great job keeping the apartment cool. Overall an outstanding stay.

5/5 Perfect!

Look no further for a place to stay in La Spezia! We stayed here as a base for visiting Cinque Terre as the train station is a easy 10 minute walk away. To begin, communications with Cristina was great as she responded to all my inquires right away which I really appreciated and check-in and check-out were a breeze. This apartment is super clean with all amenities including air conditioning and 2.5 bathrooms! There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor that my 2 young adult sons took and my husband and I had the main floor. We were very comfortable in this space and found that La Spezia has a lot to offer on it's own so add some time to check out the area. Don't miss Triangoleria Rizzoli for delicious sweet and savory pastry.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. Very close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. It was also very close to the central train station for access to Cinque Terre. The AC was fantastic since it was in the mid 90s everyday. The kitchen cookware and dishes were exceptionally well stocked! Be prepared to walk quite a long way (15 minutes) with all of your luggage to get there. Also, if you are not from the EU make sure to have a good eSim because the check in process is remote and requires you to submit photos of your passports ahead of time and photos of yourself at the door before they release the door code to you.The beds were comfortable and the space suited us quite well.

Superbe région. Logement idéal pour les 5 terres, restaurants et tout autre magasin. Propriété impeccable et bien équipé. Le parking idéal mais un peu loin si beaucoup de bagages. A la Spezia, ça ce comprend. Que des bons points et de bons souvenirs.

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und konnten einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Restaurants, Supermarkt alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Modern appartement in centrum

Mooi ingericht appartement in het oude centrum van La Spezia. Leuke winkels en restaurants om de hoek! Op zaterdagavond is er door uitgaande jongeren wel wat rumoer. Prima bedden en leuk uitzicht op een pleintje. Haven dichtbij. Als je graag naar strand wil dan is Lerici aan te bevelen. Het appartement is te koelen op de kleine slaapkamer na. Met de huidige temperaturen is het slapen daar wel erg lastig. Gelukkig hadden wij deze kamer niet nodig omdat onze zoon van de slaapbank in de woonkamer gebruik kon maken. Realiseer je wel dat met eigen vervoer het appartement lastig te bereiken is. Dus tillen geblazen! Voor ons was het ook lastig dat we onze fietsen niet konden stallen. Deze hebben we buiten laten staan maar dat voelde toch wat minder prettig omdat het dure fietsen betreft. Al met al een prettig verblijf in een leuk stadje!

I decided to rent this property, before used by my family, after I restored it in 2018. I believe its strategic position allows to discover the surronding of the city, living at the same time the facilities of beeing located in the hart of it. Easy to get everywhere thanks to private garage, train and ferry boat connections.

An old Ligurian style house, of which the fireplace frame has been maintened, located indside the ancient medium age walls has been restored and equipped with style, in order to offer the best to the travellers who will appreciate the nice spaces and the services provided.
