Lucia was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean, bright and was fully equipped, including a washing machine. It has a beautiful deck and outstanding view.

A most perfect stay in the most perfect apartment.

I have stayed in many many VRBO apartments, but by far this is the best. Beautifully situated, wonderfully appointed, clear communication from Lucia. Coffe, wine, necessary bits of coffee, sugar, oil suggestions for shopping and restaurants made it perfect.

The heart of Taormina

Beautiful apt amazing views of the coast and mt etna. You will do a lot of walkkng up and down hills,bring your good sneakers. Enjoy the Sicilian food!

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful apartment high above with breathtaking views from the spacious balcony overlooking the coast to Giardini Naxos, Taormina, and even Mt. Etna. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Corso Umberto for shopping and dining, the Deco Supermarket, Bar Andrico and Castelmola. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning. Lucia, our host, was fantastic—always quick and helpful in answering our questions. Waking up every day in this 2 bed / 2 bath apartment was a joy, and it made our week-long stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Great apartment with a Mt. Etna view.

The apartment is an 8 mins walk up the hill from the main street Corso Umberto. We enjoyed the deck every day, morning with coffee and at happy hour. What a view of Mt. Etna! Made dinner in the well equipped kitchen and slept well in the air conditioned bedrooms. The living area is a nice size and everyone had space to spread out. Lucia and her husband were very quick with communication and went above and beyond helping us get to the apartment and settled. Definitely would recommend!

A fantastic place! The view is breathtaking. The apartment is spacious, clean, light, and extremely well provisioned. All the basics - toiletries, cleaning supplies, pantry items, breakfast food, coffee and tea - are provided so you don’t have to run out to the store the first day. For long-term stays like ours, the apartment is comfortable and convenient, equipped even with items not usually found in Italian apartments like a toaster, kettle, blender, full oven. Lots of dishes, serving platters and plates, table covers, extra sheets - the hosts have thought of everything. The area is quiet, although you can hear your neighbours in the building. As others have said, the showers are unusually tiny and there is a significant hill to get to and from the centre of town and the convenient supermarket (5 minutes). However, we learned to manage the geometry of the showers, and in our 70s had no problem with the hill. What others haven’t mentioned is that there is a tourist apartment next door with a terrace that faces directly onto your main terrace and into the apartment if you don’t close some of the drapes. This bothers me probably more than most, but if it does there is another small balcony off the main bedroom which is primarily utility, but still has a view of the sea, and one off the second bedroom looking up at the castle, just not the full vista. The living room with its comfy sofas was relaxing and the beds great. An outstanding property and lovely hosts.

Logement bien situé dans les hauteurs de Taormine. Le balcon est un vrai plus pour apprécier cette magnifique vue ! Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Très bon séjour dans ce logement et à Taormine :-)

Wundervolle Wohnung, es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Die Aussicht auf Meer, Buchten und Ätna ist traumhaft und lädt ein zum Verweilen auf dem Balkon.Lucia ist eine sehr herzliche und tolle Gastgeberin.

Eine Wohnung nach unserer Vorstellung

Wir fanden eine sehr geräumige Wohnung vor, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Besonders Kochliebhaber finden hier alle Gerätschaften, die man sich nur vorstellen kann, und das in vielfacher Ausstattung. Unschlagbar ist hier natürlich der Blick auf den Ätna und auf das Meer! Obwohl Taormina auch im April schon recht voll ist, haben wir in dieser Wohnung nichts von den Touristenströmen und dem Busverkehr gespürt. Die Wohnung hat drei Balkone, die man je nach Sonnenstand wählen kann. Welch ein Luxus! Das einzig schwierige ist die Parkplatzsituation. Wir haben sogar noch profitiert von der Nachbarin, die uns an elf von 14 Tagen ihren Stellplatz überlassen hat, natürlich gegen Bezahlung. An den anderen Tagen stand unser Leihauto im Parkhaus (23€ für die Nacht). Wir empfehlen die Wohnung ohne Abstriche!

Thank you for the nice review, however I would like to point out that near the apartment there is a small square where there is a bus stop that takes you to various directions, including the centre, Castelmola and Giardini Naxos. The lines operate all year round. From there a bus takes you to the Taormina bus terminal from where buses leave for various destinations in Sicily.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Taormina

Für uns war alles optimal. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit tollem Blick auf die Küste und den Ätna von dem großen Balkon. Nah am Zentrum von Taormina. Die Gastgeber haben uns super nett empfangen und uns sogar geholfen, einen Parkplatz für unser Auto in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu finden. Wir haben die sizilianische Gastfreundschaft kennengelernt. Lieben Dank!
