Ce chalet de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains Sparrow Pond est nouveau sur le marché de la location. Nous ajouterons de nouvelles photos plus tard cette semaine. Il y a 2 chambres avec lits queen, une chambre avec lits superposés et lits jumeaux et une 4ème chambre avec lits jumeaux.

Tous les cottages de Sparrow Pond sont situés à West Beach Village, et à proximité de nombreux sites et activités les plus précieux de Kiawah. Ce sont des chalets autonomes.

• Courte distance de marche des plages de Kiawah.

• Accès complet à la piscine communautaire de Sparrow Pond avec bassin pour bébé séparé. Directement sur le chemin de la plage.

Cottage clean and comfortable and nice open living area. Liked the screened in porch. Deck needs a little TLC. Maintenance area for golf course, over wooded hill behind cottage, a little noisy but cottage is in a very pleasant neighborhood. Walking distance to beautiful beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Great area and location

We had a great time at your cottage! The check in process was so easy and you provided clear instructions/ directions for anything we would need while staying there. The cottage was as described and a nice easy walk to the beach along the bike trail. The beach was awesome- very family friendly and not crowded. Had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us- and our maltipoo!

Great spot for family get together.

Only the second time we've stayed in the Sparrow Pond neighborhood. While close to the entry gate, it is a quiet neighborhood with short walk or bike to pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay with family and will come back to Kiawah again.

Relaxing vacation

Had a relaxing wonderful trip to the beach, we rented bikes and ride all over the island. Our host was very helpful and responsive about any questions we had.

Perfect Place to Relax & Unwind

Nice Cottage Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island. Cottage community was within a nice walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed being close to front gate to bike to Village area. Enjoyed eating at several yummy restaurants and played some pickleball! Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage. Communication was super easy wuth property manager before stay and we had no issues!

Another excellent stay at Kiawah!

This was my first time staying at Sparrow Pond, other than the use of the dock at Inlet Cove, the location is perfect for both the beach and the pool, great outdoor seating area and nice grill. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

We purchased our cottage on Kiawah Island in summer of 2005, and I began renting it on VRBO during the weeks we were not able to enjoy Kiawah ourselves. In 2007, a friend asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
