Fantastic appartment in the Monti district. Studio Boschetto is located in the heart of Rome, in an area called "Rione Monti", the 1st among the Roman districts, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, the Fori Imperiali and the Roman Forum. The nearest underground station is called Cavour and is located 300 meters from the building and the small electric bus towards Piazza di Spagna or Piazza del Popolo is 50 meters away. In the area you will find typical Roman restaurants .. but also Indian, Japanese, wine bars and pizzerias. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-storey building from the 16th century, access is through a beautiful courtyard containing an ancient Roman fountain. The place is very quiet, the small common courtyard where the apartment is located is very quiet, like the neighbors. The interiors are finely decorated according to the rules of bio-ecological architecture, furnished in a warm and modern style. It is possible, on request, to have a third bed, as well as a cot / crib for a child.
The rate includes the first cleaning, bed linen and towels, something for breakfast (coffee, milk and homemade biscuits) ..... and for cooking in the pantry olive oil, salt, spices, pasta etc ..

- Check in time: from 3:00 pm if other Guests are leaving. Other alternatives to be evaluated.

I wish we had more nights to stay at this lovely, comfortable apartment so close to everything. The host takes obvious pride in a great stay and experience, including many personal and helpful touches.

The property itself is very comfortable and adorable. The neighborhood is lively and fun with delicious food and gelato nearby. A quick walk gets you to the Colosseum and Michaelangelo’s statue of Moses in a nearby cathedral. It also feels very safe. While the property is great, Serena (the host) is our new favorite person. She is so sweet, helpful and a great guide and resource for someone visiting Rome. I cannot say enough about her hospitality. I would go again and want her to hang out with me. You can’t go wrong with this apartment for a trip for two or yourself.

Serena was such a welcoming and wonderful host. She greeted us at the property and gave us the most tremendous restaurant, transportation, sight-seeing, etc. recommendations and spent time with us to explain the history of her property and how to get around Rome efficiently with a map. She messaged me every morning with recommendations of things to do at the specific area we were at each day. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip to Rome!Regarding the property, the neighborhood was in our favorite part of Rome. There were many locals there and many authentic restaurants–also significantly less crowded but in a perfect location to see the big monuments. The apartment truly is charming and so unique to Roman culture. Comfortable, clean, and a warm environment. This is a true 5/5 rating for me. Stay here to make your Roman holiday!

Serena wants you to experience the comfort, enjoyment, and value of being int the heart of Rome. Her old world hospitality is above and beyond all expectations. She personally greets you and selflessly gives you her time and knowledge of her beautiful city. Need the best places to go? No problem, need the best places to dine? She knows the owners of the restaurants and they will greet you as an old friend. The studio is filled with tasteful touches and everything you bill need or want to be comfortable. We ourselves are premier VRBO hosts, but this is our first trip as guests, and of all the places we have stayed, Serena is by far the most welcoming and well thought out of all. You will be happy with your choice if you stayhere

Classy Flat in Outstanding Rome Location

From the initial contact on the VRBO site to helping to arrange transportation to the airport to return home, Serena Spiezia was knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this flat for its comfort and well appointed furnishings, the amazing neighborhood amenities and the perfect location for local cuisine and walking distance to many famous landmarks. Only 2 blocks from the Metro for those things further away. The perfect way to experience Rome! Thank you Serena!
