L'appartement est situé dans un magnifique palais de 1886.
Il y a une grande cour intérieure avec de nombreuses belles plantes. Le palais est trÚs calme.
L'appartement est trĂšs grand (70 m2) et confortable.
L'entrĂ©e s'ouvre sur un salon trĂšs spacieux (26 m2). C'est une piĂšce trĂšs ensoleillĂ©e avec 2 fenĂȘtres. Il y a une table pour 5 personnes, une TV LCD 40 "avec NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, GOOGLE CHROME, SPOTIFY et autres applis, un lit double canapĂ© et un canapĂ©.
Du salon un couloir vous amĂšnera aux autres piĂšces.
Au bout du couloir, il y a la chambre Ă  coucher.
C'est une chambre trÚs confortable et élégante. Il est ensoleillé et spacieux (26 m2). Il y a un lit double avec un matelas anallergique, un autre téléviseur 40 "et une grande armoire. Cette chambre dispose également d'un canapé-lit pour une 5Úme personne.
L'appartement dispose également d'une cuisine entiÚrement meublée et équipée.
Il y a un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, une cuisiniÚre à gaz, un owen, une cafetiÚre italienne, une machine à café avec capsule (nous fournissons la meilleure capsule pour un expresso italien original) et tous les ustensiles de cuisine.
La salle de bain est trÚs confortable, elle a une baignoire. L'eau chaude est illimitée.

L'appartement est fourni avec climatisation, WiFi gratuit et systĂšme de chauffage.
Les serviettes et les lignes sont incluses dans le prix.

Les nettoyages finaux sont inclus dans le prix.

This is a lovely, clean apartment close to the metro and Rome termini train station. Check in was easy and the owner gave us personal instructions and was easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay!

This flat's location is wonderful! Lovely park (Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele) with a Metro station a block away, numerous restaurants, coffee bars, bakeries and grocery stores within a few blocks, and easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum and most sights. Generally quiet too. We had a great stay.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this apartment. Convenient for the train station and getting to all the sights of Rome. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and easy for buses and metro. Felt like living with the local population rather than as a tourist. Very good communication with hosts who were helpful at all times.

Large apartment — quiet and comfortable retreat

After roaming Rome, we looked forward to returning to this apartment. The rooms are spacious and well arranged for lounging, reading, snacking and sleeping. Excellent air conditioning units cool down and keep the large rooms cool (we were there in July). Nearby are good restaurants and the Termini train station and metro stations are within easy walks.

Beautiful gem!

Beautiful apartment and wonderfully furnished. Close to metro stop and groceries. Managers were awesome! Communication was prompt and professional. They provided a full tour and instructions of the apartment. We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious 3rd floor apartment. Clean and quiet. Nicely equipped with some extras for an extended stay. Close to the best gelato and several good restaurants. Host was very helpful with recommendations and booking an airport shuttle for us. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect

This property is quite nice, very large and updated and our hosts were great. I left my tablet when we checked out and the hosts worked very hard to try to get it back to me.We chose this location because it's within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. There are some good restaurants close by. We did however find the apartment not as advertised is some respects. The profile states there is a washer and dryer but there is only a washer and the dryer is a clothesline out a window. The tub/shower is very small, the automatic coffee maker did not work.Overall the property is good, just keep in mind you may want to ask specific questions prior to booking.

This property was convenient and large. It was nice to have separate sleeping spaces. It would have been nice to have written instructions, especially for the air conditioners, since the owner did not speak English well. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

I have started renting holiday apartments on 2000 when Rome and the Pope Giovanni Paolo II welcome the Giubileum
At that time I had just one apartment.
The idea was to give my guests an entire apartment with all the conforts at a price more convenient than an hotel room.
It has been a success! Guests loved this type of accomodation: having an own kitchen, a washing machine and all the confort of their own home
I met a lot of people from all over the word and I really ejoyed it.
A lot of time has passed since that days and my passion for this work has grown day by day.
The experience accumulated in all these years alows me to offer my guests an unforgettable holiday with a big attention to details
This new apartment is a gem in the historical center of Rome. Entirely restaurated in order to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay!
