Rosanna was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time with our kids at the house and visiting Ortigia. We recommend any family with young children to stay at Ortigia Dreaming!

Ortigia Dreaming is a charming property. It is located near the sea front, with access to restaurants, shops and ancient monuments all within easy reach. The property is equipped with every thing needed. Rossana is a wonderful host, providing lots of information about the property and activities available in Ortigia and Siracusa. The nearby parking garage is extremely helpful. Everything was as described, and when you step inside the front door, the quiet and peace are a lovely antidote to the bustling streets outside. The property was spotless and comfortably furnished, and the AC was an essential feature given the extreme temperatures during our stay. I would highly recommend a stay here.

A Lovely Stay in Ortigia

We loved our stay at Ortigia Dreaming. We had a group of 6 that stayed for one week. Rossana was amazing. From the time we booked to after we left, she was very responsive. She provided us with all the information we needed and even help with arranging parking, local tours, and dinner reservations. I would highly recommend booking here if you want to stay in the heart of Ortigia.

Modern comfort with old world charm

Syracuse is an ancient city rich in history, culture and architecture and Ortigia is its heart. This apartment is perfectly located to experience all of it. The area is very walkable. Plus, the sea is just a short stroll away! The apartment is decorated in bright Mediterranean colors that make it feel airy and light. It has every amenity that you can imagine. We loved that there were screens on the windows so that we could open them for the sea breezes. (No other historic apartment that we stayed in had screens.) The greatest asset is Rosanna, the host. She is generous, thoughtful, and genuinely wants to help you have the best possible experience in Ortigia. We began as strangers and left feeling like we have a new friend. We heartily recommend Ortigia Dreaming!
