Appartement unique pour les finitions et l'emplacement, luxueusement meublé à l'entrée de la Piazza DUOMO à ORTIGIA, dans le centre historique, Via Landolina 19.
L'appartement est structuré en 3 grandes zones principales: les deux chambres avec salle de bain privée et douche émotionnelle situées dans les ailes de l'appartement, et le salon spacieux salle à manger dans le corps central.
L'ensemble du bâtiment est très lumineux et se situe au premier étage d'un bâtiment historique à Ortigia, avec entrée privée, quatre balcons et terrasse privée.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'une donnant sur la célèbre Via Landolina, l'autre sur une terrasse donnant sur une cour intérieure où vous pouvez voir la façade latérale de l'historique Chiesa del Collegio. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Celles-ci sont très grandes et disposent d'une douche émotive, pour que vous puissiez vous détendre après une journée intense passée à découvrir les beautés de la ville. Le salon cuisine est un espace ouvert qui se compose d’une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée et équipée, d’un salon avec canapé-lit, table à manger et télévision. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de la climatisation / chauffage et d'une connexion Wifi gratuite dans toute la structure. Le logement est entièrement équipé avec vaisselle, linge de maison, lessives, etc., ainsi qu’une buanderie avec machine à laver. L'appartement est très confortable pour les longs séjours.

Our host was exceptional in communication, information, and support when we needed help booking a taxi (note-do not use zip transfers, they took over 100 from me and cancelled last minute. I am still waiting for a refund) our host booked a taxi for me with a great driver who was half the price. The apartment is stylish, great air con, great location, well equipped and our host left gifts in the fridge for us on arrival

We loved the ambience created by the classic styling in the rooms of this centuries-old building. The position was incredible, being in a street close to the centre. Noise was an issue for the front bedroom, but the back one was close to silent. Only one-floor walk-up, so bags weren't really an issue.

The apartment is lovely and right in the center of Ortigia. Mimi was fabulous. Booked a parking garage for us, sent us to great restaurant and was available but any questions.

Had an issue with mold in one of the bathrooms. A lot of mold. Host promised to clean, after 8 days went to VRBO and they handled and it was worked on the next day.The Host (host not) left us with a bunch of candies and water in fridge. We were left with two bath towels (one which was wet as there are no dryers there). The wash machine is outside. It's small but it works. Limited supplies. We also had an issue with Wifi which the company they are using took about one week to get Wifi back on. We were there for three weeks, After 8 days, the host left sheets in a bag on our bed for us and a bag of towels that we asked for.The air conditioning worked well being the humidity and heat were pretty bad. There is no garage in the building. Im sure there is parking nearby. the building is next to a gelato and cannoli business as well as a small restaurant. The evenings are very loud with a dog who loves to bark at 2 am The interior bedroom doesn't hear any of it. The overall cleanliness was OK and we both loved Ortigia. THE Location is really good to get everywhere we wanted. We bought some maps and left a few brochures in case someone gets lost like us! Our out of country iPhone wasn't always cooperative.

The location is AWESOME, making it worth the price. The rooms are spacious with wonderful natural lighting. The beds are quite comfortable. The air conditioning was great. It takes quite awhile for the hot water to kick in. There were no eating utensils: forks, knives, spoons. No trash containers in the kitchen. Kitchen is minimally equipped. There a dog either upstairs or next door, who barks occasionally, which was fine till the barking started at 1 am. The ad mentions a garage which is not actually at the property is an additional charge. However. It was well worth the money and an easy 5 minute walk. Ask about additional fees.

Mimi was personable enough but often not available - and not at all enthusiastic about assisting us.(NO hot water for a day. Some listed kitchen items were missing!) The posted photos of the apartment are very dated and give a misleading impression of the place, which needs work.The balconies are tiny. At least one of them is loaded with junk and is unusable. The large back balcony directly overlooks the neighbours’ laundry up close and personal, dilapidated roofs and an apparent old demolition site. Not pleasant.The location, however, is excellent. Close to food and wine markets and wonderful restaurants. Love Ortigia!!!

We are a couple and stayed 5 nights in Ortigia. Apartment is perfectly located within the heart of Ortigia. Two very large bedrooms and two bathrooms plus kitchen/lounge/dining area. Restaurants/bars/snack foods and shopping on your doorstep and in all directions.An easy 20 minute walk with bags from the train station. We contacted the agent for a few minor issues which were resolved immediately. We would hope that in future, the apartment will be equipped with a drying rack for the clothes as this was the only item lacking.

Heart of the city

What a superb apartment - tasteful decor, spacious, located in excellent spot, and great communication with host. Host was super helpful with parking arrangements, suggestions for activities and aided us when we needed a later checkout when a family member was not feeling well. We loved this place!

Superb location and beautiful apartment

We loved our stay. The apartment is exquisite, and right in the middle of an historic, fun neighborhood. It’s on a corner of two pedestrian streets, and although it’s busy, it’s quiet with the windows closed. We would definitely stay there again. So many restaurants and cool shops and street vendors. Don’t miss the Fish House Art Gallery a block away. And we loved the boat ride around the island.

Great Location

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Ortigia. We were met by the Property Manager who helped us to find the local parking garage and showed us the property and gave us some local recommendations. The common area is quite small but perfect for friends travelling together as the bedrooms are on each side of the common area so it gives you privacy. We were there on a holiday weekend so it was a little noisy but I would definitely book again.

Lovely apartment! The location couldn’t have been better for walking out the door and being the middle of walking streets. This is an old building but the owner has updated the interior. The beds are ok, a bit hard if you are use to soft beds. There are 15 stairs up. The kitchen has pots and pans, a nice coffee maker but note NO forks or knives.

Perfect location

This is a perfect apartment for travelers. It is ideally located off the main piazza in Ortigia, convenient to walking everywhere in Ortigia and close to pick up points for Taxi and Uber to explore Syracuse. The apartment is clean, bathrooms modern and each room opens to the streets below for morning coffee or enjoying the sounds of the city. The host arranged a lock-box for us because we weren't sure when we would arrive and it worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable with temperature control in each room. We didn't have to walk more than a block to find great food and warm friendly hosts. One of our favorites is right under the apartment.

The apartment is well located, right in the middle of a vibrant street with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. We were assisted virtually by Emily, who was very responsive whenever we had questions. She made the check-in process very easy and even sent us a list of recommended places in the neighborhood, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, the major issue with this apartment was the cleanliness. While the bed sheets were clean, the rest of the property did not feel ready to receive guests. The apartment needs a deep clean, especially the bathrooms. There were fingerprints and palm prints on many doors and cupboards, heavy rust around the shower heads, and a significant buildup of grime around the faucets. Most of the shower heads were clogged—the rain shower was only partially functioning, and the sauna shower heads were almost completely blocked. The water pressure in the bathrooms was also very low, although it seemed fine in the kitchen. One evening, there was no hot water for one of our showers. The coffee machine barely dispensed any coffee because it appeared to be clogged from a lack of cleaning, and the balcony furniture had a noticeable layer of dirt. I don't understand how this property received such high cleanliness ratings. It may appear clean at first glance, but it is only surface level. After our stay, we found older reviews mentioning similar cleanliness concerns, and it seems this issue has not been addressed.

The location was central making exploring easy but one of the bedrooms over looked the main street and was noisy. There was no hot water until early evening which was a big problem and then it had gone by 10pm.
