Le manoir. Pays d'accueil

Vous allez adorer rester dans notre manoir de campagne. Avec ses beaux meubles et ses Ɠuvres d'art, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Que vous preniez un livre Ă  lire devant la cheminĂ©e ou que vous vous promeniez dans les bois environnants, nous sommes certains que vous ne trouverez pas d’endroit plus paisible pour passer votre temps.
La chambre du rez-de-chaussée comprend un lit queen-size et une salle de bains privative. Suivez les escaliers et vous trouverez une belle chambre king avec une autre chambre queen et un loft amusant pour les enfants avec des lits jumeaux.
La piĂšce principale du manoir est l'endroit oĂč tout le monde se rĂ©unit pour prendre un cafĂ© le matin ou un verre en soirĂ©e autour de la cheminĂ©e. Cela ne pourrait tout simplement pas ĂȘtre plus confortable.

We had 6 guys staying in this nice house. Plenty of room. Very well maintained and enjoyed our time at the house. It is out in the country - very quiet area. Definitely recommend this place.

Surprising Gem in Central Illinois

This house was the perfect location for our family to stay when we came back to town for a family funeral. The house was so cute and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and nature around us as well. There were plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway.

Great place to stay

This is our second time staying at the Manor House. It was every bit as good as the first stay. The house is roomy, lots of space for all of us to sit around and chat, and a big table for card games. The kitchen has every pot, pan, bowl, plate, glass, etc. you could ever need. The house is in a very quiet wooded area yet not too far from shopping, restaurants, etc. We'll be back.

Family loved Manor home

Out of town family noticed how clean home was! Host,Doug, went above and beyond to help with VRBO computer clitch. I was able to bring food and drink early and lights were left on for early arrival. Beautiful private wooded property.

Family Holiday Get-Away

The property was very nice and the home very comforable. The kitchen was well stocked but quite small for a large group. Two full and one half baths were not great for ten people. Family had a great time being together.

Disc Golf Getaway

This beautiful home was perfect for our group who traveled to the area for a large disc golf vacation. The home is large enough to give everyone their own private space, yet it has many great community spaces for spending time together. This clean, well maintained manor is perfect for any group.

Practically perfect in every way!

Beautiful, charming, handcrafted woodwork and cabinetry throughout gave it an English cottage feel. Perfect for the wooded surroundings, nestled on a hillside. Quaint, enchanting and very unique. Also cozy, and homey and lots of room. A very special place.

Great accommodations

Great place to stay. The Manor House was located in a private setting in the woods on a secluded road on top a scenic hilltop along the Illinois river valley. Checking in was easy and accommodating. The Manor House was stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The decor was unique and well kept. The house was clean in every aspect. By far the best place we have stayed in the Peoria area to date. I hope to stay at The Manor House next year.

Lovely

Beautiful accommodations and location in the woods. Sitting on the porch and listening to the birds in the morning was an added perk. We heard vireos, robins, wrens, sparrows, woodpeckers and many more. The house had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Another great stay at the Manor House

This is our third year celebrating Christmas at the Manor House. Once again the house was perfect for our family of 12. Thank you, Doug. The weather outside was frightful but the house was delightful. I would definitely recommend staying at the Manor House.

Great place for large groups

Our group of 8 adults appreciated the many rooms to spread out in, the large dining room table to eat together at and the well-stocked kitchen. Things we think need a little TLC are: the couches in the living room (way too soft), the two full size mattresses upstairs (way too soft), the porch (the furniture and deck need attention) and the uneven air flow (cool in the dining room and kitchen but warm in the living room and no vents in the bunk room). The house was clean enough but was very dusty. Doug is an excellent communicator and responded quickly to questions.

Beautiful, Relaxing home

My husband, myself and my mother-in-law stayed here with our adult children and spouses (9 of us) for my daughter's wedding weekend. It was delightful and a perfect setting to relax when we had a little down time. The home is gorgeous and has so much space. The host was great and very easy to contact. We would recommend it to anyone who is staying in the Peoria area! Thanks for opening your amazing home to us!

very comfortable home in a beautiful wooded area

we had 5 adults and 3 children. All adults got to sleep in king beds and the kids got to enjoy queen beds. very clean and there are a lot of extra's there. I forgot shampoo and there was some there to use.

A life long Peorian, I've been involved in the housing business as long as I can remember. The Manor House is a result of my parents lifelong obsession with creating comfortable yet elegant homes. The entire home was built by family members and we are happy to keep it alive by sharing it with other families. We get so many positive comments about peoples time here. We hope you make great memories here as well!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The house is located on a private road with only a few houses scattered on the hill. It's very important that we all respect the neighbors privacy and please remain near or on the property whenever possible. Loud music and erratic behavior won't be tolerated. My neighbors participate in keeping the house safe and enjoyable and will not hesitate to call authorities if they feel things are getting out of hand.
The farm across the road is private property as well. The owners prefer that you don't visit with the animals on their property.
