Welcome to River Beach Guest House! Where modern meets relaxation! Completely renovated and private 1 bedroom getaway with beach access wher you can enjoy beautiful river sunrises and sensets, plus eagle watching! Just a 6 minute drive to downtown Chillicothe, 60 minutes to Stared Rock State Park, 18 minutes to beautiful Grandview Drive in Peoria Heights, or just 23 minutes to downtwon Peoria.
This cottage guest house includes a kitchentte, small table, dresser, and bathroom which includes a shower and toilet. There is one sink and it is located in the kitchenette.
Enjoy your coffee down on the beech, or bring your kayaks to launch out the back. A public boat launch is also available in Chilllicothe.

This was a perfect place for our one night stay in Peoria! The place was very clean and it was nice to have drinking water and snacks available to us! Nice little restaurant just down the street with excellent food. Very peaceful, quiet setting on the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described. A bundle of wood was provided, so we enjoyed the firepit overlooking the water. It was just what I needed for a short, peaceful getaway. I cannot wait to book this property again.

We loved our time at this quaint little guesthouse. There's approximately the size of a hotel room with much more charm and convenience. The kitchenette area is perfect for preparing snacks. The view from the window is absolutely amazing especially first thing in the morning. Everything was clean. Sitting by the fire pit at night was absolutely wonderful as well. It's nice to know that there's a grill there for next time we stay. We will definitely be back! (Also the restaurant Sweetwater Kitchen and Cocktails right down the road is a must do)

Excellent accommodations after a long day. Incredible view of the river from the room. It was very clean and cozy, lots of natural light and privacy. We watched the sunrise over the river, making our morning that much more special. It was perfect.

Cute, very clean and cozy small (but adequate) 1-room cottage with its own patio below. Nicely decorated, had snacks and quick breakfast items too. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a bit tight and the only sink to use was in the kitchenette area. Lighting to put on makeup could have been better. Hosts were prompt to reply and very helpful! I would consider this cottage again.

Perfect getaway for a workcation. Mom of three with a husband who recently started having international work travel, so decided to take a couple days for myself to relax and catch up on work. This was exactly the type of place I was looking for!

It was really more like a nice hotel room than a guest house due to the small size but intelligently designed and compact. Nicely styled. The pictures and description on the site were accurate so I was aware in advance of the size and it wasn't really a drawback for us. It was clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. There's no electrical outlet in the bathroom, however, so if you need to blow dry and style your hair in front of a mirror you'll have to use the full-length mirror by the door where there is an outlet. You can't beat the view and proximity to the river which is what we were there for. Very peaceful and quiet. The grill and fire pit were appreciated amenities. Jill was prompt to respond to messages. She even kindly offered to mail the shirts we had inadvertently left in the closet.
