Villa moderne entièrement reconstruite en 2019, spacieuse, avec 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain, à seulement 400 m. de Cala Baladrar et à 10 minutes en voiture de Moraira, situé au calme et privé. Air conditionné et chauffage dans toute la maison, piscine privée 8m x 5m, parking pour 4 voitures, vue mer.

Le rez-de-chaussée est composé de:
Salon-salle à manger avec foyer au gaz
Cuisine moderne (entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur)

Terrasse couverte avec mobilier d'extérieur
Grande terrasse avec 10 chaises longues
2 salles d'eau (dont une en suite)
3 chambres doubles (une avec un lit double "king size, 150 cm", et les deux autres avec 2 lits simples, 90 cm chacune, toutes avec placards intégrés).

L'étage supérieur, communiqué avec un escalier intérieur moderne est composé de:
Terrasse (face ouest)
Chambre double avec 2 lits simples et portes coulissantes donnant sur la terrasse (orientée sud)
Salle de bain avec baignoire
Chambre principale avec lit super king-size (180 cm) avec 2 matelas, grande armoire encastrée et portes coulissantes donnant sur une grande terrasse orientée plein sud.

Construction de haute qualité. Ameublement moderne. Foyer au gaz dans le salon. Air conditionné et chauffage partout. Alarme.

We absolutely loved our time here. The property is spacious and airy. Check in was easy and all of the appliances worked as expected. Although there are a few shops and restaurants nearby you'll need a car if you stay here. Would absolutely return!

Everything about our stay was excellent. This was our second time staying so we knew what to expect. The hosts were lovely and kept in regular contact throughout. The villa was immaculate and had everything you would need. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

An exceptional villa!

We stayed in the middle of June for two weeks and could not fault this villa, it was modern, clean and situated in a lovely area, perfect for the family and if the opportunity arises we would not hesitate to stay again. Beautiful house

A beautiful house in a lovely area. Any small issues we had were fixed within 24 hours, and Marissa was very helpful before we arrived, making sure we had everything we needed for a child in our group with a disability. We loved our stay, and will hopefully return.

Beautiful property and location

We had a great holiday at this villa. It’s location is fantastic. We had an issue with the fan in the bedroom that was resolved very quickly. Everything was as advertised and we had no issues. We would love to come back. Great location within walking distance of two coves and two restaurant bars.

Beautiful and relaxing

The Property was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. The amenities were all in close proximity but a car is definitely a must if you wish to get out and about. The Villa is maintained to a high standard and is a home away from home. The hosts are fantastic and are available to solve any problems. We will definitely be looking to return.

Wonderfull

Great Villa. Well maintained. Very well facilitated. Location was slightly difficult and walking into town isn’t an option based on the lack of footpaths on the main road. Otherwise fantastic villa, will definitely return.

Lovely place

Everything about this villa was very good apart from 2 minor niggles. The tap had to be run between 5 & 10 minutes before it got hot water. Also as it got cool on an evening we couldnt work out how to put the living room heating on. Its in a good quiet location with easy access to shops and coast road, It was clean and has good wi fi. Comfortable beds but could do with a TV in the master bedroom. On the down side the car got covered in sticky stuff falling from the tree on the automatic gate parking area.

What an amazing Villa

Wow, where do I start? My family and I have just returned after a two week stay at this villa and my word we wasn't disappointed. The accommodation both inside and out is fantastic. So beautifully decorated and so homely. We were a family of 9 so had hired two cars to get around which were definitely needed but honestly we just had the best time. The pool was smashing and we had many hours playing games in there. All of the outside furniture was so lovely and it was great that you had the shaded airer to lay under when it got too hot (which it did). Having the BBQ was just so lovely too. This was my 7 month old Granddaughter's first holiday and Marissa provided us with a cot and high chair for Poppy at a small charge. We only had a couple of issues which Marissa rectified super quickly. If you are looking for a beautiful villa, pool and location then Casa Flor is the Villa for you. We will definitely be back.
