Parfait pour un voyageur d'affaires, des vacanciers, un couple ou une petite famille. Il comprend 1 chambre avec un lit queen-size, un coin salon confortable avec un canapĂ©-lit convertible en taille rĂ©elle, 1 salle de bains avec une douche debout et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec une nouvelle cafetiĂšre, un mixeur, des casseroles, des poĂȘles, des ustensiles, des couverts, argenterie, couteaux, ect.

Vous découvrirez le calme et la tranquillité de la vie dans une petite ville tout en étant à quelques minutes du centre-ville historique de Wilmington NC. Un autre avantage unique est notre proximité de la plage de Wrightsville, à moins de 2 kilomÚtres du soleil et du sable. WB est une grande plage familiale.

Cottage at the Beach

Just got back from an amazing stay at the cottage! The host was outstanding, welcoming us with all the right touches. The place was spotless and had every amenity we needed for a perfect getaway. What I loved most? It’s fantastic location! Just a short drive to the beach meant we avoided all that pesky beach traffic. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Annual May ILM trip

This is a return visit for me and it felt like coming home.I grew up in this area but have lived 600 miles away for over 50 yrs.Still have family in the area and my parents are buried here so I do like to visit at least once a year.This cottage is centrally located to the areas that I enjoy.Neighborhood is quiet and the cottage is everything I need.

Peaceful & delightful

My partner and I stayed here for a spontaneous weekend trip. It was absolutely amazing. The owner, Jinna, was very proactive in her communication and made us feel so welcomed. The cottage was very clean, cute, cozy & homey! :) We would love to come back in the future!

Park Cottage

So lovely and so convenient to everything. I am a senior citizen and this cottage is easily accessible. Well equipped kitchen and climate control was excellent. Host could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent Property

Jina was the perfect hostess! Communication was great. The property is clean and very well maintained. The cottage was stocked with plenty of towels and amenities to accommodate us for 5 full days. We walked in to a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The location is great - super close to the beach and an easy drive to downtown Wilmington. Thank you for making our trip great!

Amazing

Such a wonderful, quiet and relaxing getaway. Would be great for a couples’ weekend - easy walk to a brewery and a short drive to the beach or downtown Wilmington. Jina was an absolutely amazing host, so accommodating, and her special hospitality touches around the property were very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

The most perfect little cottage!

My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage was adorable and less than a 15 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go! Jina even left us a sweet card and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. We were blown away by her hospitality. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience here, and we hope to come back soon!

Summer getaway

My wife and I have stayed at the Cottage previously. We are both educators so this was chance for a little R&R prior to the start of the school year. If you have travel plans that will take you to Wilmington, the Cottage on Park is where you need to stay. The property is very clean, centrally located and well appointed with everything you might need in a home away from home. The property manager (Jina) is pleasure to work with and is super responsive to questions. Already trying to figure out next stay

Perfect cottage for a couples getaway
