Relax at our centrally located cozy beach cottage. UNCW is just around the corner, Wrightsville Beach is close by, we're a quick drive to the Downtown Historic District & the ILM airport is just minutes away. Like running, biking or walking? It's conveniently located 1/2 mile from the Cross City Trail.

This serene retreat features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, queen bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, private patio & a private driveway for your personal use.

Whether you’re unwinding inside or stepping out to take in the peaceful surroundings, this cottage offers a welcoming atmosphere. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling. Whether you're here for a trip to the beach, a weekend getaway, a graduation, wedding or just to unwind, you are in the perfect spot close to everything you need, while enjoying this peaceful setting.

The space:
You'll love the cozy feel of this house! The living room offers comfortable seating space to relax at the end of your day. There is a 55' TV in the main area for your entertainment needs. The queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa have quality linens for a good night sleep. The kitchen is stocked with essentials to make use of during your stay and you can enjoy a meal at the outdoor table when the weather is nice. The bathroom includes a custom tiled walk in shower and is stocked with essential items you may need.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire rental house as well as a private driveway, along with a private patio area. You will have access to the property using a digital keypad for easy access.

Other things to note:
The front unit on our property might be occupied by the owner and/or their guests, therefore the separate drive-way and backyard may be in use.

Just left this wonderful home!!!! The home is beautiful, very clean and close to everything. If you are looking for a couples retreat in a quiet home BOOK THIS SPOT!!!! Everything about this is a gem! Incredibly smooth check-in, great communication with owner, extremely clean! Everything was well done and in perfect condition! Sandra has thought of every little detail and I just couldn’t get over what a lovely place it is - will absolutely stay here again! The nicest VRBO I’ve stayed in, truly! The location is perfect - 5 minutes from UNCW and near any store you could need (but just far enough away that it's in a sweet, quiet neighborhood). Highly, highly recommend!

I have been living at this location for almost 30 years, but just started hosting. You are in a great location with UNCW, Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington and the ILM airport close by. There are many restaurants and shopping to choose from nearby and the cross city trail is within 1/2 mile if you want to go for a run or walk.
