The house was perfect for our family trip away. Everything we looked for was there, it was clean and welcoming. A treat to have all towels , bed linen and beach towels. My granddaughter walked in and said “ this is perfect” thank you so much - we’ll be back!

Excellent property minutes from the beach and the town. Spacious comfortable rooms and outdoor space for dining, which was a real asset in the warm weather. Excellent communication with the host, who facilitated all our needs. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful stay in this property. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and a great location. Beds were really comfortable, lots of hot water - great showers! So close to the sea and shops. Parking is just up the road but don’t let this put you off as it’s cheap and plentiful and only a minute or two walk. Great communication with host and easy check in process. Would recommend for larger groups.

Lovely property we have returned a few times and enjoyed great size for us all. Location is great close to the beach but in a busy noisy road but we expected that. Plenty of fans was a lovely bonus for keeping the house cool. Lovely and big enough space to match the beds.The only improvement that could be made are some coat hooks on the way in as we struggle with the amount of coats and shoes we have and someone always looses something but that’s just a suggestion not a critism. Was beautifully clean and the cleaner must work had as there are so many stairs and 3 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms !Thank you

Spacious property, central location and great value for money

We were pretty pleased with the accommodation - it wasn't perfectly/brand newly decorated, but think for the price it was a very good property with large bedrooms. Location is very central which was perfect for us and the garden was lovely too!

We all had a lovely time ,pluses were good wifi and tv, close to the beach and town only 1 thing we would have liked 2 overhead showers .The grandchildren were sad to leave

Fantastic accommodation which was ideal for our extended family of 10 of various ages. Also was helpful to have the space with the rather inclement weather whilst we were there. Great communication from Ian who was flexible enough for us to extend our stay by another night as we didn’t want to go home!Would love to stay again.

The house gave plenty of space for all 11 of us to celebrate a birthday. The closeness to the car park and beach were fantastic. Really lovely time away, thank you.

Great family stay by the coast

We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the coast.

This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth.
