Everything was good about the property and location. Would stay there again. Area still recovering from Ian and some outdoor areas not open like Vanderbilt Beach access.

Room was perfect for our needs, few blocks from Vanderbilt beach. Parking easy. Would definitely stay again... next time bring quarters for laundry as no change machine in laundry room. .

Frank is beyond a super host, any questions at all was responded immediately.. the property is walking distance to Vanderbilt beach. Frank provides beach chairs and umbrella. bed is comfortable, nice dish washer, full size refrigerator, and stove. clean living , no bugs. i would like to stay here again. thank you Frank!

Perfect little condo

We enjoyed our stay, it is a studio but with the huge lanai it seemed much bigger. The beach is a block away, unfortunately red tide was a problem at the beginning but we were able to go later in our stay. The beach is clean and beautiful, sunsets amazing. The location to restaurants and for walking and biking is the best! Definitely try Irish Times and Buzz’s Lighthouse. Everything you need is in the condo, cleaning supplies, extra paper products, beach chairs, plenty of towels and thankfully a washer/dryer at the end of the hall. The decor is mismatched but it was unimportant compared to all the positives, the owner has done a great job and we would highly recommend staying there .

We enjoyed our recent stay at this large studio condo in the North Naples/Vanderbilt Beach area. If you're looking for a great value with a perfect location, please check out this listing. One of southwest Florida's best beaches - Vanderbilt Beach is just a very short walk down the street. In addition, beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc. are provided for use during your stay. The VRBO host Frank provided booking updates, and communication was both easy and timely. This was quite important as our stay occurred just after Hurricane Milton passed through Florida. Thankfully, the immediate area was spared any major damage. The unit and small condo building are in a very safe, upscale neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, attractions, etc. Thank you, Frank
