Completely remodeled and re-furnished 3rd floor condo. Intercoastal water views from the Lanai. Two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and kitchen. Washer/dryer. The building is nearing completion of major renovations including new Saltwater pool with Sun Deck and new Marina. **Brand new salt water pool is now completed!**
NOTE: Ritz Carlton Residences next door are under construction and there may be some occasional construction noise and inconveniences, Location is Superb!

Cold escape

We booked the condo for two weeks to escape the New England cold. Location of the condo was perfect, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. There is major construction on the front side of the condo but we were not disturbed by it while inside the condo. Walked to the Ritz several times for dining. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location with nice beach amenities

This property was exactly as advertised--newly remodeled, clean, well-appointed and supplied, and very comfortable for four quests including a child. It is about two short blocks to the beach at the foot of Vanderbilt Beach Rd. The lanai faces a canal right off the bay with a large retractable inner glass door wall. The primary bedroom also accesses the lanai. The only downsides were the closed pool and hot tub, as well as the ongoing construction that will probably last through 2025, but this was disclosed and priced accordingly. The construction also requires a short detour if you're trying to access the Turtle Club or other properties on Gulf Shore Dr. Particularly nice was the abundance of beach towels and a closet next to the entrance that contained four beach chairs, two camp chairs, two umbrellas, a small cooler, various beach toys, and a wagon to get it all to the beach! By car, the location is convenient to Mercato, shopping, restaurants, other parks, beaches and attractions, and all Naples has to offer. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay at this location and appreciated being able to extend an additional day. Interior of unit has been recently renovated and is nice and clean with all amenities that a visitor requires. Nice to spend time in the screened deck overlooking the water.

Great host

The condo was spotless, nicely furnished and very well lit. Very close access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The building was quiet with a great view of the lagoon from the lanai. We had no problem getting into the unit upon arrival and Carl was available and responsive when we needed advice on a couple of occasions. Our only issue was lack of closet/storage space.

Wonderful Vanderbilt Beach condo, perfect location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Location was great, short walk to beach and ability to walk to nice restaurants. Enjoyed relaxing on the lanai overlooking the bay. Appreciated owner’s honest and responsive communications!

Lovely 2 BR condo in walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach lots of great shopping and restaurants.

My husband and I really enjoyed this great unit for a wonderful break from the cold and snow of northern MN. We hope to come again next winter! :) We had a couple of family members visit us and they loved it, too!

Beautiful property perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay it felt like a home and was perfect size for our family of 4. The only issue we had was loud construction that started early and ended late past the kids bedtime a few days but other than that awesome experience. Great location distance nyc ave walk to the beach 
we saw dolphins and an alligator outside the patio swimming in the bay! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice!

This condo is very nice and in a great location. Close to everything. Enjoyed the pool, beach, and of course restaurants. Very relaxing vacation. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience

We loved our time at this condo. Newly remodeled unit with a great location, footsteps from Vanderbilt Beach access. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the bay as well. Unit was stocked well with all necessary amenities and just very comfortable overall. Only downside for us was some people in the unit above us walking around loudly at odd hours of the night, but that isn’t something that could be controlled. Luck of the draw on that. We would happily return for another stay sometime and appreciate the work that’s been done to make this a great beach vacation condo.
