Ce condo de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains joliment décoré comprend 2 MASTER SUITES. Des chambres très spacieuses et d'énormes placards. Des vues panoramiques sur le golfe du Mexique et offre aux clients le meilleur de tout. Vous pouvez profiter d'une après-midi aménagée près de la grande piscine avec beaucoup de chaises et de tables, faire un plongeon dans le bain à remous, puis vous diriger vers la plage pour le coucher du soleil. Vous êtes à trois minutes à pied de la plage et nous fournissons un grand panier pour vos jouets de plage.

Un décor de plage de bon goût vous rappellera pourquoi vous aimez la plage! Les œuvres originales et les pièces spéciales vous accueillent dans notre maison et chez vous loin de chez vous!

Nous adorons cuisiner afin de nous assurer de mettre à niveau la cuisine avec tous les petits extras pour rendre vos vacances sans stress. Des plats de qualité, des pots et des casseroles et des extras comme un gaufrier, une plaque et de bons couteaux! En bas, il y a trois grilles dans la piscine pour que papa puisse cuisiner pendant que les enfants jouent dans la piscine.

I know you were disappointed that the pool wasn’t yet ready to be opened. There were unforeseen repairs that were delayed unexpectedly, as we talked about. It looks like it will be opened next week! Great Family Weekend Getaway

Overall this was an exceptional place to stay. Good access to the beach, close to the pool. Easy access to and from road way. Plenty of options to eat within 30 mins of travel.

Perfect beach vacation

This condo was perfect for our mini beach vacation. Great distance to the beach and peaceful and quiet! Close enough to drive for sit down meals but fully stocked to stay in and cook as well. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing vacation!

We love the area, but the owners of our place were so amazing. The property was perfect for two families of 4 (two teens and two little ones plus adults). The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook amazing meals and a fish market is just one block away. Easy access to beach shopping and the actual beach. We could not have been more happy with our stay, overall.

Very nice a spacious condo. The location was just 1 block from the beach and beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella was a big plus! We were also able to use the 2 supplied bikes to go to and from the beach.

We had a great first visit to Mexico Beach! It was a great location to cute shops and Mango Marleys, a short walk to the beach and pretty view of the canal. The condo was nicely decorated and had all the extra appliances and amenities that were needed. We would love to visit again soon! Thanks Sisters!

Amazing property

Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was in the condo, they even had beach chairs, an umbrella, cart and much more. Amazing unit, very roomy and as advertised. I also brought my boat and was able to keep it in the canal at the condo. We will stay here again, for sure, owners were great as well.

Perfect for Girls Weekend

Three of us rented this amazing condo for a mini law school reunion weekend. We each drove 4-5 hrs to meet and it was perfect! Clean, well stocked, close to the beach, just perfect!! I've already looked at dates to bring my family here for a trip. I just can't say enough good things about this place!

Last minute long weekend

The hosts were very easy to work with. The place was much larger than we expected and was very clean and well organized. Had we been intending a different stay we would have loved to spend time in the kitchen and cooking as it’s very well stocked with great appliances. Parking was excellent as well. The location is great as it’s within walking distance of food , souvenirs, and the beach. We would definitely want to stay here again if the need arises.

Great stay and visit!

We had a wonderful visit! The property had everything you needed! From everything in the kitchen (k-cups and drip coffee) to pump hand soap (we usually have to bring our own because it's bars and that confuses our kids) to night lights in all rooms and main areas! It seriously had everything. I loved being able to walk to places and even though the pool was cold my kids didn't mind. The place was also SUPER clean. Mexico beach is a true gem and love the vibe and community!

Relaxing Family Vacay

Beautiful condo with 2 master suites (one had a set of built in bunks that two young adults slept on). Kitchen was very clean and super well stocked. Great pantry area for all of our groceries. Beach cart was very helpful. Two beach chairs and umbrella service were the icing on the cake. The owners were amazing at answering all my questions. The short walk to the beach made going back and forth to the condo very easy. This is an excellent property, and we loved our first trip to Mexico Beach!

Awesome Place!

I truly can't say enough great things about this property. This was our first time coming to Mexico Beach but we are frequent vacationers and this was by far the best property we've booked. The house was very clean and nicely decorated! The kitchen is stocked with all of the equipment you need to cook and has new appliances. The beds were very comfortable The house is in a great location as well, just a block off the beach. Communication with the owner was also very fast and efficient. I highly recommend this house for your vacation!!

We are 2 Sisters from Tallahassee and Memphis, TN. We love Mexico Beach and thoroughly enjoy sharing it with others. We began buying rental properties in Mexico Beach almost 10 years ago and hope to retire here. We now have 7 properties owned either by us or by us and family and friends. We can accommodate most groups and budgets.

This is our third unit in Waterside Village and we bought it because Waterside Village has the best the beach can offer. The property is well-maintained, from a huge pool with waterfall and a hot tub (with another waterfall), outdoor grills, trash chutes, a lit up boardwalk outlining the canal, day docks for your boat, and it's close to the fishing pier and to shops and restaurants.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Very unique condo with 2 master suites, very large pool/hot tub, day boat slips right by the pool and a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortably decorated with plenty of room to be together and still have privacy!
