Réveillez-vous et profitez de votre café du matin au bord de la piscine tout en admirant le canal paisible et en vous prélassant sous le chaud soleil de Floride. Si cela ne semble pas assez bon, la plage n'est qu'à 15 minutes en voiture de votre escapade confortable.

La maison abrite des sols stratifiés partout, avec tous les nouveaux meubles modernes. Nos 3 chambres peuvent facilement accueillir toute une famille, vous pouvez même emmener les grands-parents si vous le souhaitez! Il y a aussi beaucoup à faire pour eux. Nos deux salles de bain complètes signifient qu'il n'y aura pas de combats pendant la douche. Avec 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, tout le monde peut regarder ses propres émissions en même temps. Notre coin petit déjeuner a une belle vue sur la piscine / canal avec juste la bonne quantité de soleil le matin. La tanière est parfaite pour sortir. Notre table de salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes, et notre cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le barbecue à l'extérieur est parfait pour griller des légumes, des viandes ou même des côtes. Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, il y a toute une gamme de bons restaurants autour.

Qu'y a-t-il à faire?

Outre la sortie de plage évidente, il y a beaucoup de golf à jouer. Notre maison est entourée de 5 terrains de golf. Si le golf n'est pas votre truc, vous pouvez vous promener tranquillement dans le quartier convivial et profiter de toute la faune ou simplement vous détendre et l'observer depuis l'arrière-cour. Si les enfants ont envie de plus de divertissement, Disney World est à environ 2 heures de route. Vous voulez vous diriger vers la plage de sable blanc de Clearwater? C'est aussi un peu moins de deux heures. Rotonda West, est situé au coeur de tout avec beaucoup à faire.

À la fin de la journée, vous pouvez vous détendre sur notre terrasse extérieure et vous détendre avec un bon livre et un verre de vin ou faire un plongeon tard dans la piscine.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Our host Narcisa was a pleasure to work with and was always available right away when we needed her. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub while there, and the host left a complimentary bottle of wine for us which I thought was a very nice touch. The home was very clean, which is something I am very particular about, and I was very comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness of this home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already talking about going back at a future date.

Amazing vacation home

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a great location close to many beaches where we found lots of shark teeth and shells. Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.

Comfortable non "touristy" destination

Very clean and comfortable with everything that was needed for our stay. Good sandy beaches within easy distance, plenty of excellent restaurants relatively close by. We have been visiting Rotonda over many years and enjoy it because it is not too "touristy"

Great stay. Great host house was very clean and fully stocked. Beaches were closed almost everyday do to the horrible damage from HELENE so we spent a lot of time at the pool and it was fabulous. Nice location easy to get around.

Early Dec 2019 getaway

Property was in excellent condition and contained all amenities that were needed for a relaxing vacation. Location was away from the busy cities but still close enough for day trips when the mood hit us. Very nice beaches were close by. Really enjoyed the vacation and hated to leave.

Get away with daughter and grandson

We have stayed in this area before and were very pleased with this property. We went to the different beaches and ate at many of our favorite places. My grandson improved his swimming skills. We all loved sitting on the dock by the canal. Great place and location.

Nice place

The kitchen was really very well appointed, better than any other place that we've rented. So for those who cook a lot-which we did, it was great. The house itself is great-has everything you need and then some. The host was also great to work with. Would stay again if need to be in that area.

Wonderful vacation

The home was very lovely and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the patio and the pool. The host was wonderful, responded immediately to any question we had. But there weren't many because everything was exceptional. Plenty of restaurants and two beautiful beaches within minutes of the home. Looking forward to returning again.

A great place to stay

To start with, the host was fantastic!! She could not have been nicer. She checked in a couple of times during our two week stay. Always making sure everything was okay and checking to see if we needed anything. Do not hesitate to stay here. Beautiful area and the restaurants were all amazing. The only downfall was that some of the beaches were still closed due to the hurricane. We loved our stay and hope to return next spring. Thanks again to our wonderful host!

Great, quiet location close to lots

My husband, three teens and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is peaceful to come “home” to after golfing and visiting beautiful beaches. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the canal was fun to watch for wildlife. The home is stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and we played a lot of ping pong in the garage. We also used the blow up volleyball net in the pool for a few games. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Quiet Florida Get-Away

We totally recommend this property and owner to people wanting a nice quiet place to stay not far from the beach on Don Pedro Island. Rotonda West is near the town of Englewood which is quiet/ not crowded at all. Traffic is light. 45-50 min to University Mall in Sarasota. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing!

The home is a 10 out of 10. The pictures are an understatement. The cleanliness was exceptional. Our favorite area was the pool area. The owner has thought of everything that you'll need. The beach is close by, a grocery store, and local restaurants are close. We found a great ice cream store Insane Conez!! It is a must. We will return. The owner responds quickly if you need her. You won't regret staying there. We had an amazing time.

We are a family that loves to travel so we decided to invest in a vacation home in Florida for our personal and our guests enjoyment. We chose Rotonda West as had a very high recommendation as a relaxing and wonderful community by many friends and acquaintances. We really enjoy having this place to get away, even if sometime just for the weekend. Always is difficult to return back home from this place to the daily routine after spending few days at this property. We know how important it is to feel relaxed when you are away from home so we try to translate that to our guests. We really hope you enjoy our property as much as we do and based on our guests feedback, we are sure you will.
