Ce qui semble plus paisible que de marcher dehors sur une belle matinée chaude et ensoleillée et boire votre café et regarder tout le canal a à offrir; des différentes espÚces d'oiseaux aux beaux reflets des levers et des couchers de soleil.

Notre maison peut vous fournir la paix et la tranquillité dont vous avez besoin pour échapper à l'agitation quotidienne. Grande ou petite famille, nous pouvons accueillir les deux, avec nos 4 chambres qui comprennent un lit king size, 2 reines et 2 lits jumeaux. Voulez-vous faire un voyage en solo? C'est bien aussi!

La piscine est en attente de votre arrivée. Si vous avez envie d'eau salée, la plage est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. Sans parler de notre proximité avec d'autres attractions. Il y a tellement de choses que tu peux faire!

Beautiful home

Christian has a beautiful property, the house is very comfortable and well stocked, especially in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Unfortunately the pool was not usable, as the heater was out of order. The owner .ade several attempts to have it fixed, but to no avail. That was a disappointment, as it was too cold to swim in.Unfortunately

Perfect vacation!

This was our second time to this area. The neighborhood is phenomenal! It is only a short drive to the beach without being in a lot of traffic. It’s around 5-10 minutes from really anything, but offered a very safe and friendly atmosphere. From the time we walked through the doors, it just felt like home. The canal out back is so peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend having the pool heated during your stay. We have rented properties in the past with pools only to find them unusable because my family will not swim in cold water. We used the pool daily! With around a 15 minute drive, the kids and adults alike can hunt for all the shark teeth their hearts desire! Home is fully stocked with everything you may need and even the addition things that are just a bonus! There were beach supplies, bicycles, pool equipment and more. I could not ask for a better or more equipped vacation home. I look forward to making this home a yearly trip. Owners are very responsive and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful besides pool issues

House was nice with well stocked kitchen supplies and large dining table. Easy check in and enjoyed location. We had issues when it came to the pool heater though. We paid for pool to be heated but heater was not turned on until the day we checked in which made the pool unusable for the first 3 days. Then there was an issue half way through our stay with heater and homeowner was notified but the issue was not resolved for another 3 days.

Another great vacation!!

Excellent vacation time with my family. Gorgeous & comfortable house and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Beaches are not very close but it is worth it. Boca Grande and Manasota beaches are spectacular, We loved Boca Grande! This occasion was my first time planning my vacations through VRBO and I do not regret.

Great house, great location. Perfect in everyway

We had a great time at this property. Christian was a great communicator. The property was pristine, spacious and comfortable. It was great to have the week to spread out with our family of 6 and niece. Heated pool was amazing. We went to Englewood beach the first two days, but much prefered the State Park at Stump Pass beach and the beaches at Boca Grande. Boca Grande was closer, nicer and less crowded so would highly recommend going there instead of Englewood. (just a note- it is $6 to cross the bridge to Boca everyday- but we felt well worth it).

My friends stayed in the house which was just 2 doors down from me. They had a great stay. It was so nice them being so close by. We enjoyed a day at Boca beach, several local restaurants. We all had a great time

Perfect Property!

Inside the house was clean, modern, and very inviting. Our host left excellent instructions and guidance for things while we were there, like trash days and pool cleaning days. He also left pool towels and a bottle of wine! Labels in the kitchen so you don’t have to go on a scavenger hunt every time you need something. Very quiet neighborhood which was close to our daily activities. Definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in the Port Charlotte area!

Restful Residence - Just like home

Our party consisted of two couples. We had plenty of space to relax as the home is laid out to accommodate a larger group. It was nice to have the bedrooms at opposite ends of the home as well. Not only was the home clean, you can see they have listened to guests and added the little touches to help it feel like home. We have stayed in quite a few rental homes over the years. We loved that the kitchen supplies were not all hand me downs and all the needed supplies were available. There was even the basics of salt, pepper and sugar. Since we like to cook on vacation this is a top need. The backyard was perfect. Between the screened in porch with a pool, quiet little fountain with seating and the canal, all our relaxation needs were met. There were plenty of beach and pool towels too. We enjoyed how close it was to many beach and restaurant options. Our favorite beach was Boca Grande for the beautiful views and peacefulness. Englewood beach was close and had some great restaurants with live entertainment. We also enjoyed Caspersen Beach to search for sharks teeth. Plenty of sand to walk for miles. We would stay here again.

Great home with nice pool and nice amenities

Our group of six found this home to be clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We noticed the little touches making our stay a pleasant one. Pool was a great size and patio furniture was clean and in nice shape. Would stay again without any hesitation.

Great Home

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. Perfect amount of space for us, we liked the multiple seating areas inside the house. We spent most our time outside in the pool. The house was CLEAN, beds comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We spent a couple days at the beach which was perfect. Christian was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. Would recommend this house!

Great house

Our family was in town for a wedding. The property was neat and clean--just like the pictures. We asked Christian to run the pool heater and for a small fee the pool was nice and warm! The kitchen is well appointed and we made most of our meals there. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The beach is about 20 minutes away. We communicated with Christian a few times during our stay and he got right back to us. Overall a great experience and I can highly recommend it. We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great getaway!

We had an amazing time on our vacation. Location if the house was close to the beach without the mass crowds and craziness that comes along with spring break. The house was awesome and the perfect size for our group of 8 to spread out and relax. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the outdoor area was even nicer than the photos showed. We loved having the grill and a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans to make home-cooked meals as well. I would definitely recommend this property to any perspective travelers!
