Chalet familial et convivial. avec des zones généreuses à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour se rassembler.

Ce chalet familial dispose d'un grand espace de vie pour accueillir confortablement 10 invités. L'immense salon avec plafonds voûtés dispose de trois canapés (dont deux traverses), un siège amoureux et deux rockers. Beaucoup de sièges pour voir le téléviseur à écran plat mural de 65 ". Il y a deux ponts extérieurs, le pont principal principal offrant une vue sur le golfe. Il y a une grande zone couverte sous le chalet pour les repas et le divertissement à l'extérieur. Cette propriété est située juste à côté de West Beach Blvd, non loin des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville, encore au-delà des aménagements de condo élevés, de sorte que les plages ici sont moins fréquentées !.
Vous voulez la commodité? Directement de l'autre côté de la rue se trouve le restaurant Beach House avec de la bonne nourriture et des boissons et un marché de fruits de mer frais et un magasin pratique à côté.
Si vous ou un de vos invités avez un moteur à la maison pas de problème. Il y a une place avec toutes les connexions disponibles sur le site (Appel pour les tarifs).
Vous pouvez voir le golfe du Mexique depuis votre pont avant et obtenir qu'il n'y ait qu'une très courte promenade.

our family had a wonder experience here. owner was wonderful to work with the house had everything we needed. the location perfect just a short walk to beach, restaurants convent store, and a great ice cream shop our kids loved. We will definitely be booking another stay here as soon as we can come back!!

Highly recommend! There are 3 bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, a 2nd room with a king, & 3rd room with a twin bunk bed & full size bed. Pictures do not do this house justice. More gorgeous than anticipated! 2 full baths, washer & dryer (similar to ones in an apartment/ on top of each other) located in hallway bathroom. Pots & pans, dishes, flatware, etc all in the home. Spacious enough for 10 people. There are picnic tables, porch swings, & a ln outdoor shower underneath the home. So convenient for washing off after going to the beach. Beach is within eyesight. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels. They do provide a few toiletries, but recommend bringing your own. Do not recommend the restaurant across the street, burned our food and served it that way. Recommend going to the Hangout down the street. Lots of activities for the whole family.

2nd year in a row renting this house for spring break for our family, everything was great and liked the updated tv for the few days it was raining, if anythings the owner coukd do is maybe a swifter vacuum and one of those swifter mops to help with what sand we coukdnt keep out

July 4th Week Vacation!!

It’s was a great house and lots of space to spread out. We had the very best time but just make sure you know the 3rd bathroom is actually a outside shower, but hey, we made it work because the location was great, having everything around you was perfect. Short walk to beach and not near as crowded as I thought. Overall, great trip and would definitely stay again!

It was a great location and house but..... The hair dryer had a short the window in the bedroom was busted the outlet in the bedroom was loose the other outlet threw sparks. But most concerning is the ants and the ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!! We were worried we would bring them home and they would get into our food.

Great location!!

Great location. Within walking distance of beach, bay, restaurants, and grocery. This property could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and some updating. Side screen door was broken and some chairs outside were rusting and falling apart. Bunk beds were questionable and little space between bottom and top bunk, as my 5yr old kept hitting her head. Overall, decent place for the money.

The screen doors pumps have been replaced so may times I should probably remove them. All outdoor furniture on the front desk and underneath is brand new. The ones she is referring to are stil so comfortable no need to replace them yet. These are normal bunk beds that been in the hse for 10 years, not one complaint until now? Brand new stacked washer ad dryer and brand new day bed. The two KING beds and queen are so comfy we was received raves. We constantly read , listen and update my BCH HSE as needed. THX

Seaside beach house

What an amazing house! It was stocked with everything we would need for the week. We bought groceries and had amazing dinners. The beach was a short walk away and in between softball games we would enjoy some sand and sun. The Beach House restaurant was next door, along with the grocery store. It was an easy drive to the places we wanted to visit, the softball complex, and shopping places. The house accommodated our family of 8 with plenty of room to spare. We will stay here from now on when visiting GS!

Convenient and comfortable

VRBO makes it so convenient to coordinate every year with 6 to 8 other families for the same week. Owner was fair about covid causing us not to be able to make the trip in 2020 and not forfeiting our deposit.

The place was in a great location, our house keeper was awesome, the property manager was great to communicate with us, our house had everything we needed . No problems at all , I do recommend this place also there is a restaurant across the street and a small convenient store next to it . THANK YOU and we will be coming back soon

Wonderful stay in Gulf Shores

What a lovely home! Every amenity we needed was provided: dishes, appliances, electronics, even some beach toys! Very comfortable home- plenty of room for our group of 4 kids and 4 adults. Never felt crowded in the space. Plenty of comfortable outdoor space as well. We also loved the location- just a smidge further down the road from the main touristy area, so less foot and vehicle traffic, yet so very convenient. Restaurant, store, and ice cream shop right across from house but we didn’t notice noise or more traffic. The walk to the beach was fast, safe, and easy, even with 4 young kids and wagons full of beach toys. We hope to return again!

Fine for a short stay

This beach house is larger than depicted in the photos. It supported a party of 8 easily. It’s a tad outdated—and needs a deep clean. There is little counter space in the bathrooms and little storage space in the back room with the bunks. The 2 negatives were that the rental owner did not communicate check-in instructions prior to arrival. I had to call to get the information—felt like we were forgotten about. Also, there was a leftover bag of Burger King in the microwave when we arrived.

Family vacation

Love the home!!! We had 3 generations with us from a 6 month old to a 66 year young. There was something to do for everyone. The beach was a close walk. We had a restaurant,ice cream shop, and a general store to shop at. The restaurant had very good food at a reasonable price. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor seating was great. The kitchen had anything you needed. There was also a barbecue grill here.. would love to come back..

I have been coming to Gulf Shores for 30 years and enjoy relaxing on the beautiful beaches, body surfing in the Gulf, biking thru the state park, and eating the fresh seafood. I will be retiring in a few years and plan to spend many months here. Can't wait!

The location is so ideal. I asked myself if I wanted to rent a cottage would this one appeal to me and the answer was a YES!
It's an easy walk to the beach and has a restaurant, seafood shop and convenient store right across the street.
The cottage is roomy with plenty of area to accommodate 10 guests not just sleep 10.

The cottage has 3 exterior decks and a very large area under the cottage with picnic table so guests can enjoy their stay both inside and out.
