Salmon Run Condo est une magnifique maison qui offre une vue imprenable sur la rivière Spokane. Que vous vous détendiez sur le grand balcon ou que vous regardiez par les nombreuses grandes fenêtres, vous vous sentirez immergé dans la quiétude de la nature. 

Le salon principal dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec beaucoup de lumière qui pénètre dans. La cuisine bien équipée offre tout le confort de la maison, y compris un grand espace pour préparer les repas. Des chaises en peluche peuvent accueillir 4 personnes au comptoir de la cuisine et 4 autres pour la table de salle à manger adjacente. La salle à manger s’infiltre de manière transparente dans le salon confortable doté d’une cheminée, d’une télévision et de sièges en cuir confortables. Vous trouverez également un accès au pont spacieux.

Cette grande terrasse couverte sera un lieu de prédilection pour passer du temps, que ce soit en dégustant votre café du matin ou en vous détendant avec un verre de vin. Vous y trouverez des sièges de haute qualité, un excellent barbecue et une vue absolument magnifique sur la rivière Spokane et les montagnes environnantes.

Au moment de se reposer, trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes vous attendent. Avec un lit queen-size et une télévision dans la chambre, vous commencerez chaque journée sur une bonne note lorsque vous vous réveillerez en admirant la vue panoramique sur les fenêtres du sol au plafond de la chambre principale. La salle de bains principale attenante comprend deux lavabos, une douche en verre et une baignoire séparée. Deux autres chambres spacieuses avec lits queen et grands placards peuvent être trouvés à proximité. La deuxième salle de bain a une grande douche en verre et pierre et des tonnes de comptoir. Vous aurez également accès à une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à partir à la découverte de la nature, vous adorerez son emplacement central à seulement quelques minutes des excellents restaurants, brasseries et parcs publics de Post Falls, dans le Connecticut. Wonderful condo in walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and the river. The balcony is a spectacular place to have your morning coffee and watch the geese fly by. We have stayed twice in this condo. It is well equipped for cooking.

So relaxing

I really enjoyed my stay at this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the river, enjoyed sitting on the covered balcony early morning and in the evening, very convenient to everything I needed, found a cute little breakfast place nearby. I will most definitely be staying there again in the future and bring a friend with me.

Great stay on the Spokane River

We had a great time at the condo. We loved the location and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We really loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and turning on the fireplace. So cozy. It was a perfect vacation! We are thinking we might like to come next year if it works with everyones schedule. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

The condo’s location, privacy (hardly anyone there!) and balcony view were perfect for our family with outings planned in Spokane, Athol, Coeur d’Alene and Montana. We also very much enjoyed 2 local spots within walking distance in Post Falls and the falls themselves were a surprise perk. Nicely appointed and comfortable space for parents and 2 teens. All concerns from previous reviews had been fixed. Would return when in the area! We loved it there!

Great view and location!

The condo was in a great location. I enjoyed being out of the beaten path! Pictures are correct. The furniture has some wear and tear! Kitchen needs bowls, pans, etc. I wish there would have been beach chairs to use at the beach across the way.to use at the paacross tway.

Lovely location on the river. Easy access to the highway to Coeur d’Alene. Nice condo. Beautiful balcony/porch advertised, however the patio was under construction and we were unable to use it. It would have helped if management company informed us before we arrived.

Well equipped and comfortable

This is a beautiful location right on the Spokane River. The kitchen was really well equipped. We stayed for a week and cooked many breakfasts and several dinners. Nice clean electric grill on the balcony. Beautiful view. No river access from the property, but a few minutes away is a park with river access. Post Falls is a lovely spot. Lots of close hikes and really good restaurants. We especially enjoyed SawMill Grille. Went river rafting over in Montana, went to Silverwood Theme Park, rented kayaks and paddleboards on Lake Coeur d'alene. Yokes grocery store is 4 min. away and well stocked. Communication with management of the property was great. Fast response to our questions. All around great stay.

Quiet and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the river and mountains will never get old. The security gate entrance helped us feel safe and the condo facility was quiet in general but it could just be our late season stay? We went to 3 local restaurants (Sawmill Grille & Spirits, Post Falls Brewery, and The Filling Station) and all were great. There is an always on outside hall light that snuck through the blinds of the 2 front bedrooms that some may find annoying if they need more darkness to sleep. My wife said we need to stay here next time so that is what we will do 😀

Spokane River

This is a beautiful condo! Everything you need in the kitchen, beautiful art and decor, plenty of towels, soft beds, and a gorgeous view and deck! We drove to Lake CDA several times, but found there are good restaurants closeby, so don't be afraid to explore. (Terre Coffee and Bakery really good.) We also enjoyed the beach just across the river (very short drive). No problems with the condo or check-in. We biked the Hiawatha Trail in Wallace but also loved riding our bikes on the Centennial trail into CDA. Enjoyed the hike on Tubbs Hill as well as Mineral Ridge and golfed at CDA Golf Club which was pretty and not too expensive. We enjoyed dining at Anthony's and Stormin Normans in CDA and had a great time on the cruise of Lake CDA. Great vacation!

Location is great with a beautiful view of the river. The apartment is really large and my children, my parents s c I all comfortably fit in. The apartment was clean. Some issues. We had problems with the lock on the external door, instructions provided showed how to open it but not lock it - however after hours support was responsive and helpful and we worked it out. The house was low on some crockery - is 3 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 6. Main issue as feedback for owners / managers was the crazy amount of light that comes into two back bedrooms from the lights permanently on outside. The Venetian blinds did nothing to block it out. My kids couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t sleep. Tried blocking it out with your towels / sheets but still too bright. Thankfully I had 4 thicker beach towels I hung up to block some light. Still very bright so not ideal but we could at least get some sleep. There was also a light that stayed on all the time in the kitchen which didn’t help the room that had the blinds and doors. If these little issues were sorted the place would be great!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Perfect location for everything Coeur d’Alene! The restaurants that are close by were fantastic and walking distance. The park across the river was perfect for morning walks. The view from the condo is just fantastic. We stayed at this condo for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home.

Relaxing Stay with beautiful sunsets

We enjoyed our stay at this property and were able to relax for 6 days. Watching the Canadian geese fly in every morning and out in the evening was a highlight of our stay. Also, the sunsets were very beautiful and can be viewed from the balcony.

Thank You for allowing our group to rent your condo for the week. The unit is great and it is in a great building. I stayed in this development in 2008 when it was Brand New (A different unit), so I had expectations when I booked this unit. The Good: * Great Building and Unit * Incredible View * Well stocked and equipped kitchen and BBQ unit * Quick response and resolution to unforeseeable problems (Clogged Sink and Front Gate code change) The things I would change or short comings from my view as a renter: * No King Sized Bed in any of the rooms. The Master especially, since there is plenty of room to fit * Blackout curtains in the Front 2 bedrooms. I was told that the security lights glare right into the 2 bedrooms.
