Cette magnifique maison récemment rénovée de trois chambres et deux dortoirs peut accueillir un total de dix personnes parmi ses couleurs froides côtières et ses intérieurs invitants. Situé au premier étage, vous trouverez deux chambres à coucher, une chambre queen, une chambre pouvant accueillir deux lits jumeaux, en plus d’un dortoir récemment ajouté accueillant un ensemble de lits superposés. Chacune des chambres accueillent une salle de bains privative. Attardez le long de trouver la cuisine remplie de blanc, les armoires, les comptoirs crémeux somptueux et les appareils haut de gamme en acier inoxydable tout cuisinier aimera. Joignez-vous à la famille pour un délicieux repas autour de la grande salle à manger ou glissez sur les canapés moelleux et détendez-vous dans le salon. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend également une buanderie avec une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, une salle de bain et un bureau spacieux.

House was just as described. It’s a tight fit for 8 people but doable. Managers were nice. Check in and out was easy.

We loved our time at this spacious beach house. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was perfect. We enjoyed the front porch and the backyard grill and lounge area. The golf cart was convenient to carry all of us to the beach along with all our stuff. The beach dunes and sunsets were amazing!

Perfection in Paradise

Wish I could give this house more than 5 stars! This house is the whole package! Location is perfect and the community is beautiful! This vacation home had everything we needed and more. Clean with plenty of space and beautifully decorated. The beach was not crowded at all and made for a nice relaxing stay! The Hub is just a short walk away with live bands, movie nights , great food and fantastic ice cream! We can’t wait to plan our next vacation in this beach house!

Bright, clean and did not disappoint!

Having stayed for several years on 30a at several beach houses, this turned out to be our favorite. The home was extremely clean, had lots of light, and the layout worked well for our family. We like to cook dinners a great deal on vacation -- so the well-stocked kitchen with everything we could ever need was much appreciated. The golf cart and a short, convenient ride to the beach from our home made a real difference as well. This was our first time in the Watersound community, and we really loved being able to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front porch in this quiet spot with a real neighborhood feel. Great home, Wonderful, attentive service from Sanders Beach Rental.

Great place with easy access to beach with golf cart. Only negative was place was not cleaned well before we checked in. Other than that it was a great place.

We do apologize the floors were not thoroughly cleaned and that towels were left in the dryer for you to find upon your arrival as this is not standard for our teams. We requested to send housekeeping out to correct these issues but was informed you had already taken care of it. An improperly cleaned home is not up to our standards of customer service and we will always be happy to make it right! Your feedback of your stay is always appreciated as this helps us grow and improve! We hope you come back to stay with us soon!

We love this house - well appointed, comfortable, clean and great location. This is our second year staying here. I really appreciate having access to the garage. It's so nice to leave all the sandy beach things in there. Sanders has been a great rental company. Any issue that we had was addressed immediately.

Great property

This is a great property. The management group Sanders Properties does an outstanding job. We go every year and Sanders is wonderful. The property is great, my wife thought the kitchen was perfectly appointed. Golf cart and garage are great.

Great Place and Location

Loved the property, it had everything we needed and more. Golf cart and bikes were needed and appreciated. Would not have stayed in a house without a golf cart to get around. Beautifully decorated and beach type feel. Would stay here again!!

Perfect house for our fall break vacation!

This was the perfect house for our family of 6! This house was very well stocked with baby gates, beach gear, and kitchen equipment. Everyone at the Sanders Beach Rental was very helpful during our stay. We will absolutely use them again for our next trip to 30A!

Fantastic Girl’s Weekend!

This is a beautiful home. The furnishings are top notch. Housekeeping did an outstanding job. Having the use of the golf cart was really nice. The beach parking for the golf cart puts you very close to the water which is super handy. We found the golf cart code keypad a little worn and tricky to use, but still loved having the use of it. It does work but may take a few tries. We would suggest making the front and side door locks a little simpler to use. One of the girls in our party was familiar with that type of lock so she made sure those were locked for us when we went out. Neighborhood is gated and feels very safe. We all agreed that we would love to stay there again.

Fantastic Vacation Home

We spent a week in Watersound at 295 Salt Box Lane and couldn't have asked for a better rental. The house was immaculate with amazingly comfortable beds. Sanders Beach Rentals went out of their way to make our vacation run smoothly. We look forward to booking this home again next summer!
