Penthouse spacieux avec une vue énorme sur la mer.

Penthouse (90m2) avec une grande terrasse (40m2) ensoleillée toute la journée.

Il est situé dans le magnifique quartier verdoyant de Ladera Del Mar 1. Il a une capacité de 6 personnes et est dans un niveau. Il a été entièrement rénové en 2016. Il a deux chambres à coucher, une salle de bain et une toilette. Le salon et la cuisine sont à aire ouverte avec vue sur la mer.
Le salon a un canapé-lit. AC dans les chambres et le salon.
La grande terrasse a une table à manger pour 6 personnes et deux chaises longues. Il y a aussi un barbecue.
A quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Nerja si vous y allez en voiture. Un parking gratuit est disponible à l'extérieur de la maison.
Il se trouve à environ 2,7 km du centre de Nerja et vous pourrez vous promener le long de la plage. Il y a aussi un bus à proximité (200m)
La piscine cared est très agréable avec une grande pelouse et des transats gratuits, des parasols et une douche. Parfait pour les enfants.

À quelques minutes à pied, vous trouverez plusieurs petites plages. Il y a aussi quelques restaurants à proximité.
Le WIFI gratuit et la télévision avec une large sélection de chaînes étrangères sont disponibles.
Nettoyage final, électricité, draps et serviettes sont inclus. Pas les serviettes de plage. Fumer et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés.

Fantastic view from the property and a very spacious terrace. Very steep hills to walk up/ down to the beach and pool but that was ok for us as it was worth it!The pool was great; long enough to swim a few lengths and it was so quiet! Lovely bar & restaurant close by which we visited a few times over our stay.

This was a great space to relax and enjoy the sunshine and local beach restaurants ( easily walkable x 3 choices) and just a 5 min car trip to parking on outskirts of Nerja. Supermarket also close by (again choice of 3) Peaceful with great views and very comfortable terrace furniture for sunbathing and eating. There are a decent amount of steps to get to the villa but the stairway is clear and easily accessible for mobile people. Yvonne the owner was most helpful and quick to respond, the local agent not so.

What a lovely place to vacation! We loved the pool and the restaurants that were within walking distance and the view. Ah that view! We enjoyed driving to the beach in town but there are two beaches within walking distance too! Great spot!

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed.The check in was horrible. We had agreed to meet at the apartment at 6pm. Google maps gave us directions to the street above and behind the apartment, stating we had "arrived". I tried to call Thomas, but the call didn't go through. After about an hour of trying to figure it out, asking a man for help, walking the street Google maps claimed was accurate, I tried calling Thomas again and the call did go through. I was surprised and shocked by his response - not offering to help us (" I don't know where you are"). Yelling at me for not calling, ignoring my repeated statements that I tried to call. Thomas also stated that the person meeting us had left and he had no way to let us into the house. A car with 3 women stopped to help They showed us where the house was. We found the house, and were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very friendly woman. She told us she understood that we were lost and not to worry about being late. And, she showed us a key box outside the door with the house key!So, instead of helping us. Thomas yelled at me and lied to me. I expect much better treatment and service from someone I am renting from, especially considering we are not from Spain and traveling in a country for the first time.

Very comfortable and quiet property with superb views. The owner was very helpful and was very prompt when I messaged her with any questions I had (e.g. I could not find the bedding for the bed settee). All in all a great stay and an apartment I wish to return to.

The Best View in Nerja – Super Balcony and Amazing Views

I cannot say enough about the beauty of this villa. The views were amazing whether seeing the sunrise or sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped and had an abundance of everything one needs including an outside BBQ grill with charcoal and starter. Super clean and the two bathrooms were a plus. We will definitely would rent this one again.
