Quaint Cottage minutes to Oaklawn and Downtown

Cozy 1940's cottage, nestled in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy the convenience of our location being minutes to downtown and just a few blocks to Oaklawn Casino and Racetrack. A short drive to any of our 3 lakes... Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine, and Lake Ouachita. So many Fabulous local restaurant's within the downtown area, along with some great local breweries and distillery's. Easy access with a door keypad. Please note, to access the backyard, u have to go out of the kitchen door. We have a open kitchen with all your basics, including pots pans, toaster, microwave, blender, wine and bar accessories and a stocked coffee bar( fresh ground and K-cups provided) . Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided.
Wi-fi and Roku tv's ( u can log into ur accounts) in the living space and both bedrooms. Cozy living space with plenty of seating. Washer/dryer with pods and dryer sheets. Plenty of drawers and closet space for each bedroom. Completely fenced back yard with a charcoal grill for your use and a patio table and chairs. There is a long second drive that can accommodations a boat or extra parking. Our carport is a dusk till dawn so no light switch

Awesome place. Very cute and comfy. Had everything you could possibly need. It is very close and convenient to everything in Hot Springs. Loved this place. Host is very responsive if you need any thing.

My stepmom and I stayed at this cottage as a getaway as my dad just passed away in November. The cottage was adorable, super clean, had all the things you need and then some. It was very close to downtown which was awesome. We will definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Clean, peaceful house for a getaway. We loved it. We love coming to Hot Springs and will stay at Rose Cottage again. I highly recommend. The Rose Cottage has everything you might need and even things you didn’t think of needing. I love the homey feel and all the decor. Great place to stay.

My mom and I stayed here for a girls' trip, and it was perfect. The house was just as described and the perfect size for the two of us. It was cozy and had everything that we could possibly need. The owner truly thought of everything, and all of the details that she included were so amazing...there was a jar of hair ties, a waffle making station (YUM!!), and (although I didn't bring my dog this time) a jar of treats and basket of dog toys for those that bring their dog. My ONLY critique would be that the area that the house is in did not appear to be greatest. However, it is conveniently located to everything, and the street itself was quiet.

Wonderful stay

The quaint cottage was just the right place for our family. It was close to all the activities we had planned in the Hot springs area. The house was all it was billed and we had an exceptional stay.

In my quest to see all 50 states I must say that this is the most welcoming house I have ever stayed at. Lisa is a phenomenal host! And Hot Springs is a cute little town.

Lisa was a wonderful host and gave me recommendations on different areas to explore. It was definitely a nice surprise when I saw the pupcakes for my dogs after I had mentioned we planned this trip for one of our dogs birthday for a little adventure!

Perfect spot for our short vacation with grandchildren. Centrally located in a very safe, older neighborhood very homey atmosphere and the host thought of everything we felt at home immediately.
