Nouvelle construction sur 7 acres Ă  seulement 4, 5 miles de Dreams Park!

Nouvelle maison à ossature bois sur mesure terminée en 2019. Plan d'étage ouvert avec 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain complÚtes, sereinement situé sur 7 acres privés.

Facile 4. 5 mile en voiture de Dreams Park (vous pouvez faiblement entendre les applaudissements Ă  travers la riviĂšre la nuit!) et Ă  6 miles du village de Cooperstown. Sans oublier 1/2 mile de la brasserie Ommegang et Ă  distance de marche de la brasserie Red Shed!

L'étage principal a un plan d'étage ouvert. Séjour avec grande télévision à écran plat ouverte sur coin repas avec des siÚges pour 8 personnes. Ouvert à la cuisine avec un grand ßlot pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, un coin petit-déjeuner avec des siÚges pour 4 personnes et un coin comptoir supplémentaire avec des siÚges pour 2 personnes. Walk in cellier avec laveuse / sécheuse et salle de bain complÚte au rez-de-chaussée.

A l'étage, 3 chambres avec chacune des plafonds cathédrale à poutres apparentes. Chaque chambre a un ventilateur de plafond et son propre systÚme de chauffage / refroidissement. Grande chambre des maßtres comme TV écran plat, canapé et salle de bain connectée. La 2Úme chambre a un lit queen et la 3Úme chambre a un lit superposé twin-over-queen.

Le sous-sol comprend 2 chambres supplémentaires, chacune avec des lits superposés. Adjacent aux chambres est une salle de jeux avec ping-pong et baby-foot, canapés et grande télévision à écran plat.

Wifi partout. Chaque téléviseur dispose de YouTube TV, ainsi que d'un accÚs à des comptes personnels sur Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.

DĂ©tendez-vous sur le porche donnant sur la cour avant de 2 acres pour les enfants Ă  jouer. Terrasse latĂ©rale avec grill et table de pique-nique en gradins de Doubleday Field! Foyer dans la cour arriĂšre pour les nuits S'mores. L'arriĂšre de la propriĂ©tĂ© borde la riviĂšre Susquehanna pour la pĂȘche ou une baignade fraĂźche par une chaude journĂ©e.

This was the perfect property for our 3 families while our boys lived their best life at Dreams Park! Plenty of space, very clean, and the owners were very responsive. It is just a short 10 minute drive to Dreams Park and the Hall of Fame. Would highly recommend this house to anybody spending the week in Cooperstown.

Perfect for Dreams Park

Beautiful private home with access to fishing and a quick 12-minute drive to dreams park. Our boys enjoyed playing ping pong, and although it was too warm to play, it had a great fire pit out back. Owners are quick to respond and help us with anything we need. If you are heading to Cooperstown, do not hesitate to book.

Modern Cabin For Dreams Park Families

Incredible property and house for an incredible week. This cabin is very well thought out and specifically designed to accommodate Dreams Park families and enhance their experience. Beautiful cabin. Beautiful setting. Open vista in front. Nice grove of trees in back with a path for a short walk to the river. Our family had an amazing stay.

Great Property for Baseball Families

This is a great house perfectly located for both Dreams Park (10min drive) and All Star Village (25min drive). Very clean and well stocked. Our families loved the property.

Loved this house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and is situated on a quiet, private road. Equipped with just about anything you could need while staying there. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. Only a 10 min drive to Dreams Park and also an easy drive into Cooperstown or to many of the restaurants and other things to do in the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great Cooperstown accommodation

We had an outstanding experience at this property. Came in town for a Cooperstown baseball tournament and lucked out with this place. There are tons of rental options but it’s hard to find a modern place around town. Great location and owner is easy to communicate with.

Great location!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin had everything we needed and more. The cabin was extremely close to Dreams Park which made it easy to go back and forth between games. It was also located very close to the breweries that we enjoyed. We loved making s’mores in the fire pit, and catching fireflies. We had two families stay here and never felt crowded. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cooperstown Dream Park.

Great bachelor house

Took my brother and a few friends up for his bachelor party, and couldn’t of had a better Time! Place was clean, modern, beautiful, and a pretty good location. Not a bad drive to the HoF, plenty of good bars and restaurants all well within small distance. Would love to go back, and absolutely recommend it to others

Best vacation in a long tome!!

Shane is the owner and was a great host. The house and the property are beyond beautiful. So clean and spacious. 10 minutes from Cooperstown and 20 minutes from Oneonta. My wife and three sons had a blast. My family and I are hoping to make this an annual vacation spot!

Perfect Getaway

Baseball Oasis

A couple families shared this house while attending Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was a great oasis away from the park yet really close for a quick drive to Dreams Park. 1000% recommended this house for families with kids that enjoy their own bedrooms and play space. Great pre-teen hangout and bunkhouse space on lower level.

Cooperstown week

Came to town for baseball at Dreams Park with friends and family while our kids played ball. The property was beautiful and relaxing and we loved every minute there. The kids stayed on the last night before we left and couldn’t be happier. Would definitely return. Convenient to fields and downtown.

Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

We had the best week staying at the house for the my older son's baseball tournament. The house was so comfortable, had everything we needed and was the perfect distance to drive back and forth to the baseball fields. We hope to stay here in another 7 years when our younger son plays in Cooperstown.

Awesome House

OMG, this house is AMAZING! Beautiful! We could hear the cheering from Dreams Park while sitting around the fire pit and hot tub at night. Well stocked kitchen. Could use a few more towels to use with the hot tub. Shane was very responsive with communication. Stay here, you'll LOVE IT!

Great find!

Several families stayed here while our kids played at Dreams Park. It was wonderful! Exactly as advertised, very clean, modern with a rustic vibe, and equipped with anything you might need. As a few others have mentioned, it’s on a private gravel road, so you can’t see it from the street and it’s secluded from other houses. This allows for a feeling of privacy and relaxation, with Dreams Park still only about 10 minutes away. The house is decorated beautifully with such fun baseball touches throughout. The owners were great to work with. If we ever return to Cooperstown, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A perfect baseball house

This home was perfect for our stay to Cooperstown. The adults and kids enjoyed everything about this property. The kids played wiffle ball in the front yard on the days they were able to visit and the adults enjoyed the fire pit almost every night. The house was clean and spacious. And the little nods to baseball throughout the house were appreciated by everyone. If we ever had the pleasure of going back to Cooperstown we would rebook this home in a heartbeat. 10/10
