The condominiums are light, bright comfortable and airy. . The complex has beautifully landscaped grounds and a wonderful swimming pool. High speed internet.

Endroit fonctionnel

Lit trĂšs confortable. Par contre le logement manque d’entretien. La salle de bain est dĂ©suĂšte. L’air climatisĂ© fait beaucoup de bruit. Essentiellement un logement fonctionnel. Ce qui est bien: l’endroit commun avec les barbecue et le foyer au gaz.

Really well located, the pool and its environment are great. Anne, the administrator, was fast to reply to our requests. There is a great restaurant across the street were we could relax outside and watch the sunset. Great neiborhood! Great place!

Room was super clean. Perfect spot for south side adventures. Can walk to beach and shops. Saw whales from the lanai on our first morning.

This studio is the perfect stay for a couple. It was clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable here for a week. Every morning we could sit on our patio and watch and listen to the chickens and birds while we had our breakfast and coffee. The grounds and amenities at the condos are great as well. The gardens are so beautiful. The location was great for going to Lawai beach across the street and you can walk there. The host had beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which was nice. It’s also close to shopping areas and other south shore attractions. The hot water in the shower was a little touchy but we figured out the trick to it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

NO Sleep horrible bed and noisy fridge

Unfortunately our stay was pretty horrible. We arrived late and didn't have the access code to get in. It took several frantic calls and messages to find help to get the code. After finally getting in and somewhat settled, it was time to go to bed. I was there with my daughter, the bed was very outdated, it actually had springs. The bed was soo horrible I barely slept, because my child moved in her sleep and I was being shot out of bed. HORRIBLE

Beach stay

Perfect little room for a couple to get a way with beaches close by. Air conditioning was a must have this week and we were very grateful to be sleeping cooler than our friends who had rented other units. When the water is calm in the morning the spot in front of the beach house is a great place to snorkel. Views from the upper units were slightly nicer but it really is helpful to be on the ground level! We will definitely try and stay here again!

Great location. Remember it’s a studio so not real big. Plenty good for 2. Great small patio. Shower leaves much to be desired

hottest water ever and impossible to cool down. Bummer after day on beach it would have been nice to Get ‘into’ a shower.

Wonderful

This property was wonderful, the grounds from the parking lot leading up to the front door is filled with beautiful orchids and exciting plants that we usually only see as our houseplants.The location is close to beaches, shopping, and food, if you are not planning on scoping out the entire island, there is a lot you could get to from just walking or riding a bike.

DESASTER

Das ganze Apartment-GebĂ€ude ist sehr alt, hĂ€ĂŸlich und nicht schön anzusehen. Das sehr kleine Condo im Erdgeschoss ist unschön eingerichtet und im schlechten Zustand, abgewohnt, riecht muffig. Der gesamte Raum ist nicht abdunkelbar, und die zu kurze Gardine ist ekelhaft schmutzig und versifft. Beide seitlichen Nachbarn können von ihrer Terrasse direkt in das Zimmer und das Bett einsehen. Die alten BettbezĂŒge sind nicht weiß sondern gelblich, das Bett steht auf Rollen und ist ca.180cm breit. Die Matratze ist gut. Das KlimagerĂ€t ist sehr laut und kĂŒhlt nicht ausreichend, ĂŒbelriechend, es steht mit Abluftschlauch direkt neben dem Bett. Es gibt nur sehr wenig Platz fĂŒr Koffer. Es ist kein ausreichender Schlaf möglich, da viele freilaufende HĂ€hne sehr frĂŒh morgens (ab 5 Uhr) ununterbrochen krĂ€hen. Der Moskitoschutz ist nicht verriegelbar (fĂŒr Nachts), wenn die TĂŒr geöffnet ist. Das zweiteilige sehr kleine Badezimmer ist uralt und in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand, die Einstellung der Dusche eine katastrophe. BadehandtĂŒcher und Parkplatz vorhanden. Waschmaschine im Gemeinschaftsraum gegen Geld. Der Pool war leider nicht sehr sauber. Der zur VerfĂŒgung gestellte Sonnenschirm ist völlig kaputt und nicht nutzbar. Wir können definitiv keine Empfehlung abgeben und können die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.

Great stay

Overall great stay. Great snorkeling and nice small beach across the street. Walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Honest opinion

Has not been updated, no comfortable chairs to sit on to watch tv , brought patio chairs in each evening. Little privacy on patio as you could hear tv going on both sides. We realize it’s outdoor living and people leave their doors and louvre shutters open all the time. However in that price range for a studio in Poipu $$$, it’s a good option
