Un lit king-size rend vos rêves tropiques faciles, le centre de divertissement comprend une télévision par câble de 27 pouces avec lecteur DVD, radio AM / FM et lecteur CD. Il y a aussi une connexion WI-FI GRATUITE disponible dans ce bâtiment, donc pour vous qui ne pouvez pas vous séparer du bureau, ou envoyer un e-mail avec vos amis à la maison, apportez votre ordinateur portable Wi-Fi et amusez-vous! Great little studio in an amazing location! You are literally just steps to the beach, and it is quiet enough that you can hear the ocean right from the lanai door. That is probably one of the things I loved the most, being able to just relax and listen to the ocean, and all of the chickens with their little chicks! The bed gets a rare two thumbs up... as someone who has back and joint issues, it is incredibly rare for me to not be sore from the mattress where I'm staying. This one was perfect! And Kathy was amazing, helping me get settled while a storm raged outside, and I felt like if I needed anything she'd be right there for me. I would definitely stay here again!

Location location location! Excellent studio accom right next to the surf shop. Magical sunrise and sunset snorkels with seals and turtles. The room was much nicer and larger than the photos. As a couple travelling from Australia, we would highly recommend staying here over any of the overpriced resorts nearby. Mahalo Kathy!

Loved this cozy and cute studio. The owner was so nice and the location was fantastic. She was a wealth of knowledge. If we get to Kauai again, it is definitely the place we want to stay.

We stayed in Hanalei for the first three days of our trip in a lovely VRBO with no AC. So when we arrived in Poipu at this place, it was just like coming to our own home. The bed and bedding were super comfy and everything was clean. Surf shop is next door and a great place to rent both surf boards and boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had such an amazing stay here. The space was perfect for two people and just steps from Poipu Beach Park, making everything incredibly easy and walkable. We loved being able to go back and forth from the beach throughout the day.The unit felt very clean, well cared for, and comfortable. The bed was great, and while the shower itself is fairly standard, the tall shower head is such a nice touch, especially if you’re taller. The layout was cozy without feeling cramped and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.There’s no oven, but the hot plate worked really well for simple meals. The microwave took us a minute to figure out, but that might’ve just been us The smart TV was a great touch, and we were able to log into Amazon and Netflix to unwind in the evenings.The lanai was one of our favorite parts, with a beautiful ocean view and such a peaceful spot for morning coffee or relaxing at night. Some evenings we could hear live music from the pavilion across the street, which made the experience feel even more special.Beach chairs were provided and made our beach days so much better. Laundry on site was super convenient, and the tucked-away parking spot felt safe and easy.Overall, everything felt thoughtful, comfortable, and easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time, it was the perfect location so close to the beach and yet still private!! The perfect place to stay for a couple walking distance to so many fun things! Kathy was so so helpful!

Amazing stay!

This property for my husband and I was perfect. The location was across from Poipu beach and Brennecke Beach. Everything you need was in the place. Beach chair, towels, umbrella. Super easy check in and communication. Love love this spot in poipu and will definitely be back and stay here again.

Great place right by the beach!

Great place to stay, walking distance to Poipu Beach. Laundry (washer, dryer) available and easy to use. Parking right next to the unit. Kathy was a great host, she messaged us details before our arrival, came out to say hello, and even left us some treats!

Wonderful Stay, At Terrific Location

Perfect location less than a block up from Poipu Beach for snorkeling and Brennecke's Beach for wave action. Sunrises and sunsets both magnificent from the beaches. Accommodations as described and were perfect for two people at a great price. Kathy was very responsive both before and during the trip, letting us know we could check in early! Great Stay!

Extremely close to Poipu beach

We stopped at this location and everything was as smooth as can be. We even arrived early as our flight arrived earlier than the check in time. Kathy noticed us and warmly accepted us into the property. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside. Kathy was a pleasant host. She and her dog rita greeted, my husband and I, with a friendly aloha. Kathy was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We were greeted with a box of chocolates, which was nicely set on the bed. Those little details make a statement. The residence was steps away from the ocean and you are guaranteed to see turtles. It was a quaint restful place to lay our heads to rest at night. Thank you Kathy for everything, especially on our last day in Kauai by allowing us to extend our stay for a few more hours.

Fantastic location!

We have stayed twice at Kathy's rentals in Poipu. Charming, well furnished, very comfortable bed and extra nice bedding. The location is great! 1/2 block to the Beach and short walk to Brenecke's. Kathy lives on site and is always available. Plus, you get to meet the sweet Rita pup and Effie cat. Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot for Earl Morning Turtle Watching

My husband and I stayed here for two nights BEFORE the rest of the family arrived. It was clean and cool and quiet. We were able to get up very early and walk down to the beach to sit with the sea turtles that come up every night. I would stay here again.
