Notre ranch moderne du milieu du siècle récemment rénové offre un endroit invitant pour les voyageurs à se détendre tout en visitant la Triade. La maison est située sur le 4ème tertre de départ du prestigieux parcours de golf Donald Ross du Sedgefield Country Club, hôte du championnat Wyndham de la PGA en août. Il offre un salon formel, 3 chambres - chacune avec lits queen, 2 1/2 salles de bain et une cuisine gastronomique avec coin salon pour 5 personnes et une cheminée à bois. De la cuisine, descendez dans la salle à manger à aire ouverte pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. La salle à manger et une grande salle en contrebas avec une autre cheminée et un wet-bar sont remplis de lumière du soleil provenant de murs de verre offrant de belles vues sur la cour arrière et le parcours de golf vastes et privés. Il y a de beaux planchers de bois franc personnalisés partout. Un patio extérieur avec des sièges décontractés et à manger pour 6 ajoute un espace de vie.

La propriété est idéalement située à High Point Furniture Market, Greensboro Coliseum, Sportsplex, Aquatics Center, Sedgefield Coutry Club, Grandover Resort et White Oak Amphitheatre. À seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la I-85 et de la I-40, vous pouvez vous rendre à High Point, Winston-Salem et Burlington pour des réceptions ou des diplômes à High Point University, Wake Forest ou Elon, sans parler des nombreux collèges et universités à Greensboro, facilement accessible. Not what we expected; Extra Creepy

Fyi…We found clothes and other apparel in the closets and drawers. When we inquired we were told this rental is the owners permanent residence. For us, this felt strange. Also noted, there are windows with no window dressings, and there are a lot of windows like this, so at night you feel like youre in a fish bowl. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Its an older house that has been remodeled, although pretty, we felt like it had a musky old smell. The garage is filled with sharp looking tools and cutting boards. Which was also unsettling. The washer and dryer is located at the back of the garage. One of the rooms is separated from the others which is also located adjacent to the garage. It was a hard sell to find one of us to take this room even though it was the master bedroom.The neighbors property located directly to right, also gave us pause. All this coupled with the stark darkness from the remote location, and the fishbowl feel, it was a NO bueno for us. The property is located in a wooded area so expect the insects that come with that. If youre easily spooked, this is not the place for you. On a bright note, when we asked to leave our stay after our first night, the owner was accommodating. We did receive a portion of our money back for which Im grateful. This was better than nothing, which was an option because we wanted to flee from moment go. To the new renters….Good luck and God speed.

Outstanding Everything

The house was very clean with lots of space. The neighborhood is amazing and location is close to grocery, food, gas, etc.. just a short drive to most of Greensboro’s major attractions. The description of the house is spot on. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for graduation weekend. Very close to where my daughter lived. Very close to Publix. Easy commute to campus. Gave us so much more space than a hotel for everyone, for the same price. Very clean.

Very enjoyable home

This home in Sedgefield is a delightful place to spend time. We took a beautiful walk every morning and enjoyed the area. The house was well appointed with plenty of space for my parents, sister and my husband and I.

Lovely place for the family for a NW NC vacation

It was easy for us to get to multiple places like Charlotte (Amtrak), Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill with a weekend trip to Asheville. We checked out local golf courses (not Sedgefield due to a tournament). The place is well decorated. The kitchen set up is perfect. We would come back.

Great location & quiet neighborhood. Another mentioned the windows without shades; this is still the case. Owners clothes/shoes/personal effects still in the house. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. Bathrooms really outdated. Owner was responsive. TV remote was complicated.

Great house on golf course

House is near tee box for hole 4. It is a sprawling ranch style home that has 4 great”gathering” areas — outdoor garden, kitchen, living room, and TV room. Enough space to spread out and comfortable seating for up to 6 people in every room. Bedrooms are comfortable. Floors are beautiful (saw from Google the owners own a flooring business - so no surprise 😊) A few things to know: 1) there are quite a few up/down step transitions between rooms (heads up for elderly people to be careful). 2) bedrooms do not have window treatments to block out light. They are high windows, so privacy is not an issue, but the light shines through in the morning for those who sleep past 6:30 (summer) Owners were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again if we have a reason to be in Sedgefield

Tommy was born and raised in Greensboro and I moved here from Ohio in 1981. We're both retired and split our time between Greensboro and our 2nd home in Topsail Beach, NC. Tommy owned a hardwood flooring company and now spends the majority of his time sailing the 27' Sharpie sailboat he built. I enjoy bike riding and paddle boarding while at the beach.

Sedgefield is a special, established neighborhood with large, private lots. It's one of the oldest neighborhoods in Greensboro. We love the location which feels off the beaten path, but is actually close to everything!

Our property abuts to the ladies 4th tee on the Sedgefield Country Club golf course. The course is private, but offers lovely views from the back of our home. It's a fantastic location for the annual Wyndham Championship, the club's member/guest tournament or any of the other functions held at the club. We are also convenient to the many universities in the area (High Point University, UNCG, A&T, Guilford College, Guilford Technical College, Elon, Wake Forrest), downtown Greensboro, Tanger Center, Greensboro Coliseum, the Aqautic Center and the High Point International Furniture Market is only 9 miles and 16 minutes away. We're 4 minutes from either Interstates 85 or 73 (the Greensboro Loop), which makes getting to anywhere in the Triad effortless.
