Great home that fit my family perfectly! The only issue was the beach area was very small. We were not aware of the “ private beach areas”.

Great house and Great location

My family had a great stay! House was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The backyard and pool were exceptional. Grill worked The only issue we had was no wifi for the whole week. Not sure of it was just a fluke or if the house always struggles with internet connection. The house was perfect for our needs and I would definately stay there again.

Great layout and location but needs some TLV

The layout and room sizes are great as is the location. Pool was unusable on the first day, but was taken care of the next day. Could have been cleaner, particularly the fabric chairs, and definitely needs painting, updated cooking and eating utensils as well as more larger pots. The ice machine was a nice surprise and a great pantry. Lots of decks, but no furniture on any of them. Loved the living room leather furniture!

The house was perfect for our grip. Perfect location for everything. Had a 19 month old with us so the closeness of the beach was perfect. Kids loved the pool and I loved how easy the check in was . The staff were amazing. Quick responses and ALL questions answered. Would definitely come back.

Todo estuvo excelente tuvimos problemas con la alberca que no funcionaba el filtro pero cuando notificamos vinieron a revisarla y problema resuelto, la casa muy espaciosa para un grupo de 15 personas el unico problema es la playa aunque esta a pasos de la casa el espacio para muy pequeño fuera de eso todo estuvo perfecto. Gracias espero volver pronto

Family vacation

This house was very clean and had the most well stocked kitchen for a vacation rental. Location to the beach was good, just be aware that the public beach area was small. It was great to have pool at the house and it was a good size pool. One improvement that could be made is there is no shade on the back side of the house. So it gets very hot if you just want to set and watch the kids in the pool. Aside from that little thing it was a great house to stay in and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. I would definitely stay again.

Great Vacation Home!

The home was clean and really nice. We loved having our own private pool to swim! Just a short walk to the beach. Our family had a great vacation staying here.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The home's location to the beach was perfect. A short stroll or golf cart ride (rented). The home was well stocked and had adequate space to spread out (two families). We used the pool heater (extra $) to help with the water chill. The only suggestion would be to have more living room seating, and seating on all of the balconies to enjoy.

Paradise

Huge family with little ones and we had the best time! The pool was perfect. The playground and beach wasn’t far and neither was shopping centers. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The property management was so gracious to answer many of my questions. Perfect beach trip with plenty of room! Thank you!

First family vacation

House and location were great. Not enough parking and code enforcement officer threatened citation for parking close to sidewalk. House was easy to keep clean and pool was perfect for kiddos. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay.

From the moment they let us check in on time, to the cleanliness of the home and pool, we were happy. The photos don’t do the home justice. (They need to update the photos because they redid the kitchen and furniture). Looks great. We will be back!

2019 Vacation

Overall, it was great. My criticism is this house was in need of updating- furniture was showing signs of wear, some stains, window treatments, appliances, and internet. I was disappointed that the outside grill was dirty and had no propane in the tank. I feel this should have been checked prior to our stay. We bought a grill brush and filled the tank. When I called about cleaning the pool, the gentleman was there quickly and very nice. The internet went out, but was restored with in 2 hours. While we had a lot of people using WiFi, the amount of time it took to load a page was a lot, couple of minutes depending on the time of day. Several times we had to “forget this network” and log back in with WiFi. The pluses on this house was that it was roomy. The kitchen, eating area and family room was open and large allowing us all to be together. The bedrooms were of nice size, and it was nice having a 1st floor master. The pool was larger than most places we have stayed, and we all really enjoyed that! The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, and dinner settings. Location was awesome! 5 minute walk to the beach, and short drives to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Sugar Sands was amazing!

I wanted to bring my family to Destin for a nice relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what I got. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all my questions. The house was so nice, very clean, and close to the beach! It was everything we were hoping for and more! We will definitely be back and can’t wait until next time!

Great time!!!

Our family loved our Destin Beach vacation The beach and ocean were absolutely beautiful! We were close to the beach and also had a nice (large) pool for the kids to enjoy. We enjoyed lots of fresh seafood too! The house provided all of us plenty of room! We are already talking about returning in 2019! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very Enjoyable!

This property was so lovely - the photos online do not do it justice because it was much prettier in person. It's only a short walk to the beach and the backyard pool area is very nice!

This was our families 19th year to Destin Flordia

What a vacation gathering with all our family, Booking to arriving was wonderful. So easy we had always stayed at a certain resort for 18 year straight. We decided to venture out and it was great. The unit was beautiful and very clean, Thanks to Destin Beach Realty for all your help. See yall next summer
