Ocean View Home à Poipu Beach, A / C.

Aikane Kauai Vacation Rental est l’un des groupes de maisons les plus proches de la plage de Poipu et est idéal pour les couples, les familles et les petits groupes. Il vous suffit de traverser deux habitations pour rejoindre l’océan, puis le long de la côte, trois autres pour atteindre la première de plusieurs grandes plages, le lagon de plongée en apnée, le body surf et des aires de jeux gazonnées. Aikane est un mot hawaïen qui signifie "amicalement" et décrit le mieux cette charmante maison de plage.

Lumière de voyage. Il n’est généralement pas nécessaire de louer, acheter ou emballer du matériel. Nous équipons la maison avec à peu près tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter pour la plage, y compris du boogie board, des nouilles, des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, des glacières et des jouets pour le sable. Nous fournissons également une connexion Wi-Fi, une cafetière, un moulin à café, des ensembles complets de serviettes de bain et de plage, un lave-linge / sèche-linge, des jouets de plage, des jeux, des DVD et bien plus encore. Bien que nous en ayons plusieurs à la maison, nous recommandons aux clients d’apporter leur propre masque, tuba, palmes et gilet de sauvetage, si souhaité, pour un bon ajustement.

J'ai conçu notre maison pour tirer parti des alizés rafraîchissants avec une ventilation croisée et des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les pièces principales. Pour plus de précision, nous avons également des unités de climatisation murales dans les chambres. L'eau chaude et l'électricité sont fournies par le soleil avec une sauvegarde continue si nécessaire. Un parking couvert à votre porte est une caractéristique particulièrement agréable par ces chaudes journées.

L'occupation maximale est de 7, en comptant le plus jeune au plus ancien. Pas de fêtes et non fumeur. 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Bdrm # 1 a un lit king size. Les commandes n ° 2 et n ° 3 peuvent être définies pour 2 jumeaux ou 1 roi chacun. Pour les rois, nous avons un centre de laine d'agneau spécial avec une sangle horizontale lourde recouverte d'un surmatelas et une literie de qualité.

Notre maison est entièrement sous licence et n'a jamais été une location à long terme. Détenue et gérée par Chris, résident de longue date à Kauai. Réservez directement avec le propriétaire via Vrbo en toute confiance.

We loved our stay in Poipu! Location, location, location. Perfect for a family stay. Great communication and real care from the host Chris. This house was a spectacular place to stay for our vacation! The view of the ocean from the lanai was fabulous, we were able to watch whales breaching in the ocean from the comfort of this home! Chris was a welcoming host, very responsive to questions, and best of all, the accommodations exceeded our expectations.We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony, the well-stocked beach gear room, and the quick walk to the beach.Most of us took morning and evening walks to check out the turtles on the beach. The kids rented surfboards and even took a lesson.Having stayed at other properties in Poipu, this is now our new favorite for family trips!

Host was communicative during the tsunami evacuation. Fully stocked with snorkels, beach chairs, towels. Definitely not the Four Seasons but a very welcoming perfect spot for families!

70th Birthday Getaway

Amazing Location and House

Overall, the property had everything we wanted during our stay in Poipu. The house was spacious, clean and stocked with all the right amenities. It was walking distance to beaches and came stocked with everything you would need at the beach. The owner was very communicative and the checkin/checkout process was very easy. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect with a quick walk to two of the best beaches (Brenneckes & Poipu). Plus the layout of the house is great (where the downstairs quarters could be completely secluded if one desires). The host was great and easy to work with. We already miss waking up to that ocean view every day!

This great property is located one block off the beach with many outstanding amenities. The two separate floors made it easy for our young granddaughter to sleep with a monitor while we viewed the ocean and whales from the patio. Aloha! My family moved to Kauai in 1960 and we've been part of the community ever since. I am recently retired after 25 years running my appraisal company and currently serve on the Kauai County Board of Review along with other community and volunteer programs.

Theresa and I have spent many years hiking, biking and kayaking around the island. While we love to travel, we always appreciate returning to the people and beauty of Kauai.

Our home is located on the sunny side of the island convenient to beaches with a partial ocean view yet set back and landscaped for privacy. The nearby beaches generally offer great year-round swimming and snorkeling. Coastal walks along the nearby Mahaluepu Coastline are a family favorite.

We are truly centrally located on the island, The north shore is about an hour away and the spectacular Waimea Canyon and Kokee State Park are an hour in the opposite direction. This gives you option of day trips to these beautiful areas within reasonable driving times.
