Le 103 Clube Alvor Ria est un appartement de 1 chambre au rez-de-chaussée magnifiquement situé dans l'un des logements les plus recherchés d'Alvor. C'est un complexe privé et paisible dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements d'Alvor.
La magnifique plage de sable et la promenade sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied avec des magasins, des restaurants et des cafés tous juste devant la porte.
103 a une vue imprenable sur la Ria (estuaire), le port ainsi qu'une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis le double balcon des appartements.
L'appartement climatisé comprend une grande chambre avec un lit king-size et des armoires encastrées, une cuisine et une salle de bains modernes entièrement équipées, une spacieuse salle à manger intérieure décloisonnée et un salon avec un confortable canapé à trois places (convertible en lit double pleine grandeur canapé-lit), canapé deux places, WiFi, une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et un haut-parleur Bluetooth portable pour votre divertissement.
Le double balcon a une salle à manger séparée qui donne sur la piscine et un coin salon pour profiter du soleil de l'après-midi avec un peu plus d'intimité.
Il y a un parking hors rue juste à l'extérieur de l'appartement ainsi qu'un parking souterrain sécurisé.

Lovely location and condo

We were very pleased with our stay at Martin’s condo. He was so lovely to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiries or request we made. The condo is very cosy and well equipped, and in one of the best locations in Alvor. We highly recommend this property.

Fabulous location

Really comfortable apartment - great facilities, lots of books & DVDs wonderful pool. Few hundred metres from great restaurants and bars - super comfy bed - Magia made us feel very welcome - definitely a return trip. Free parking behind electric gates, couldn’t ask for more.

Absolutely perfect location the complex is a little dated but this doesn’t have any effect on your stay. Magia was super helpful when we locked ourselves out of apartment.

Location, location, location!

Spacious apartment in probably the best location in Alvor. Seconds away from the harbour and two minutes away from the town. The apartment has a large south facing balcony - perfect for a winter stay. Private gated condominium which makes it a very safe and private location.

Very good property, and in walking distance to all the local amenities. Clean, well maintained, secure with a local contact if assistance is needed. The property has all facilities, and a south/west facing balcony overlooking the pool.Recommended without any qualification!

Martin’s apartment was perfect for our long stay in winter. Cozy, comfortable and with everything we needed. Well set up kitchen. Nice views and privacy. Magia was so kind and helpful once we arrived. Martin is a very supportive host and answered all our questions. Would love to return

Very enjoyable stay but the bed was small for two older adults and a bit uncomfortable. Also the Hob had issues, as it would come up with "h" for all burners as soon as we turned it on at the breaker. Sometimes we could only get one burner to work at a time but it was random which ones would work. I researched the "h" and it's supposed to come on when a burner is hot but we would see it as soon as we turned on the breaker. They asked us to always turn off the breaker after using it for some odd reason. Also the towel rack temperature knob was broken, which we were informed of on arrival. All that said, great location and generally comfortable accommodation.

Hello Brian I'm sorry your stay was not as comfortable as you might have liked. The bed is king sized 150 x 200cm in Europe. The hob as far are as I am aware has no defects but is touch sensitive and maybe different to more traditional ones. Excellent apartment, amazing location

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is excellent, very comfortable and clean, with a great view from the terrace. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village with all the local commerce, restaurants, bars, but somehow isolated from the crowd noise! Also a 2 minute walk from the river waterfront which is really nice. You can also go for a stroll in the natural reserve by the river (wonderful). The beach is also near (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes walking), which is great. Communication with Martin was very easy and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by Magia, she was very nice, showed us around and was always very helpful and available for anything we needed (she actually went to meet us on arrival, at the center of Alvor, and guided us to the apartment, since we got lost!). The only small glitch was that the kitchen exhaust was not working, for those of us who like to cook it's a bit of a nuisance. So to make it absolutely perfect we just ask Martin to fix that... and please, please, please also provide a coffee machine :-) Wonderful place, makes us want to come back!

sehr schönes Apartment, nahe zum Strand und zum Ortskern

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage, die sowohl nah am Strand als auch zum Ortskern von Alvor liegt. Die Einrichtung war für einen ein bis zweiwöchigen Urlaub für uns absolut ausreichend. Übernahme und Rückgabe war auch total problemlos.

Apartamento confortable, muy bien equipado y con una ubicación cerca de todo: playa, bares y restaurantes.Hemos tenido una agradable estancia, para repetir, solo le ponemos un punto negativo y es el colchon de la cama( de muelle) que a nuestro parecer debería ser de mejor calidad.
