Cette maison de deux étages 3 BR / 3 BA au bord de l'eau sur Key Colony Beach peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes et comprend 30 pieds de cale pour amener votre propre bateau ou en louer un localement. Le deuxiÚme étage comprend une cuisine spacieuse avec un petit-déjeuner; grand salon et salle à manger donnant sur le canal; suite parentale privée avec salle de bain et balcon. Le rez-de-chaussée avec entrée privée comprend une cuisine ouverte, un salon et une salle à manger avec une autre chambre et une salle de bain privées. Vélo (comprend 4 vélos) pour les plages de l'ßle (comprend des chaises de plage et une glaciÚre), The Cabana Club ou des parcs immaculés, lisez sur les patios ou un hamac isolé et profitez d'un barbecue dans le jardin sur le canal extra large sous les étoiles!

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Plenty, plenty of room! Teenagers loved the cabana club that was a short walk up the street. I thought there might have been like a little rec center there but it was just a pool, bar and access to a small private beach. We had two teenage boys so i was hoping for more than a pool but they hung at the pool just about everyday, so i guess it didnt matter much. Owner replied to questions pretty quick. Beds were comfortable. The canal was very nice to just sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning or fishing in the evening. Plenty of lighting out there, too. Rented a boat so being able to dock it right at the house was ausome. The freezer out back to put bait or fish in was really nice to have. There were also a couple kayaks available. Only thing I could suggest would be to put some dishtowels in the kitchen lol. Overall a great place to stay!

Key Colony Vacation

The location was perfect. We loved walking to the Cabana Club. They have the best pool & a very relaxing beach. The server came right out to the beach to serve drinks & food. We will definitely stay in Key Colony again.

Great place!

Clean, plenty of space for the whole family. Pool is chilled so that was great and the beach is beautiful and clean.

Nice location with great perks

The house is in a quite neighborhood but still close enough to everything. The house was clean and came with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Everyone loved the Cabana Club which has a nice pool, hot tub, and a private beach.

Excellent vacation

The property was everything shown and more. Two full kitchens, three nice bedrooms, direct access to the water, convenient to everything, owner was responsive when we had a few questions, just a great property. Only negative were the beds in the smaller bedrooms not not very comfortable but a minor issue overall.

Family Vacation

Overall very nice property with plenty of room for a family of 6. Two complete kitchens if you want space for a second family on the first floor. Loved having the bikes and kayaks to use. The Cabana club membership was wonderful and was right down the street which was very convenient . We used the amenities there almost every day. Will definitely return !

Everything you need

First off the House was clean! Updated enough to be practical. Bikes aren't listed but 3 are included and a helpfull touch. We brought a 27'boat. It's about the max that will fit along the seawall. And the trailer (35'). Fit in the driveway. About maxed out as well. Incase anyone is wondering. Only the thing we needed was a can opener upstairs. The down stairs kitchen has one all is good. And a lounge chair on the bottom patio to lay out. No complaints just our thoughts. Thanks for a great week.

A Nice Place

This home is a great space for a family. It’s located on a nice quiet street, it’s a short walk to the Cabana Club, and it’s a wonderful spot for watching sunsets. The canal Is active with boats, pelicans, and manatees.

Key Colony

The keyless door made it very easy to lock the property even for a short trip out. There was plenty of room but there were only 3 of us. The shower in the master bedroom was not usable for us which would have been problematic if there wasn’t another bathroom downstairs. We had a good time and enjoyed the canal view.

Loved the unit. Wish they would provide more trash bags at a minimum, and other basic cleaning supplies to make keeping unit clean a little easier.

Amazing vacation home

The house was spotless, amazing location, and the cabana club was amazing also (the food and pool)! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful and centrally located vacation home in the Keys!

Great Family Experience

Three generations were able to be together but still spread out. The grandparents were able to stay on one level and enjoy the back porch thanks to the ground floor bedroom and bathroom, while the rest of us had plenty of room upstairs.

Fantastic Location

Huge property. Centrally located and just an hour and 20 minutes to Key West. Right on the water. Lots of coastal birds and manatees. Convenient to everything you need. Thanks folks.

Great Location

We have stayed in Key Colony many times. This is a great location especially for boating. Quick easy access to the ocean and nice clean canal. Unfortunately we could only get a week. The house is nice and the kayaks and canoes were a blessing to have access to. We did not completely understand the layout before arrival, but everything worked out fine. The two kitchens was nice and there was lots of room. Thank you for letting us use your piece of paradise.

Great place for a family vacation

This was a great location for our family vacation. We had ten people staying in the house, including a 7 month old. The house was perfectly suited for our baby, and it even had a pack and play for us to use. The fact that the house was right on the canal with a dock was perfect for the 27’ boat we rented from Coco’s. We had plenty of dock space and a nice fish cleaning table to fillet our daily catch. This is a great house if you are planning on having a large group vacation down in the Keys.

Johns and Cons

The house was absolutely perfect - the kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfie, and the view was perfect. Lots of bikes to use, and perfect location for peddling to the cabana club. Also had great communication from the owner. We will be back!

Best VRBO, BEST Location, Best...

We absolutely had the best time in Key West. Communication was excellent, the home had everything and I mean EVERYTHING that you could possibly need. I was initially a little disappointed that I hadn’t booked a home with a pool or hot tub but you do NOT need one. The beach club is at the end of the street. Perfect stroll even doable for my cousin with MS. The recommendations for a chef, massage therapist, boating, restaurants, jet skis, everything was perfect. The drive to Key West proper wasn’t that bad either, we timed our departures/arrivals perfectly. I’d recommend flying into Marathon airport if possible to cut down on drive time. The highlight of our trip was the manatees that would show up every afternoon. The people across the canal would turn on the fresh water and like clockwork they would appear. Gentle mammals. Amazing is the word that kept coming to mind.
