A propane grill is located near the swim spa for the perfect cookout.

With its central Marathon location, fresh design, and fun amenities, Seas the Day is the perfect home base for your next Florida Keys getaway.

Parking: Room for 2-3 vehicles (without a trailer). If bringing a boat, park the trailer on the left side of the house (avoiding the mailbox) and fit up to two cars in the driveway.

Note: This property does not include dockage. Guests can store their boat on a trailer and launch it daily at nearby public ramps.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property. Dogs 50lbs or under.
