Duplex 3 BR / 2BA Waterfront avec quai de 30 'pour un bateau et adhésion au Cabana Club

Ce duplex de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain est parfait pour vos vacances au paradis ou une escapade hivernale! Situé à Key Colony Beach, il se trouve à quelques pas du club Cabana qui propose une piscine de taille olympique, un jacuzzi et une plage avec un bar et des collations à l'achat. L'adhésion est incluse.

Il y a des meubles d'extérieur pour se détendre avec un gril à gaz pour griller vos prises du jour. Il y a 30 'de façade de quai pour que vous puissiez apporter votre bateau si vous en choisissez ou en louez un à la journée ou à la semaine. Il y a un lancement de bateau à proximité qui est gratuit et il y a beaucoup de parking pour votre remorque et jusqu'à 2 voitures.

Il y a une aire de jeux sur 1st Street qui est à une courte distance de marche pour les enfants ainsi que des restaurants, des courts de tennis et un parcours de golf 9 trous à Key Colony Beach. Location de bateaux, location de jet ski et chartes de pêche sont tous disponibles à Marathon Key. Key West est à 53,5 km. Key Colony Beach a tout ce dont vous avez besoin!

This property was as advertised. Extremely well stocked and very comfortable. Loved the Tiki Hut out back and all the Manatee’s we saw swim by. Beds were also very comfortable. Would highly recommend this location and use of the Cabana Club.

The accommodations were perfect for our family and friends. The filet table and tiki hut were great for when we got off the boat, the kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we did and the house was really comfortable and well set up. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Big cabana club fan. Tiki nights under the breeze of the fan. Great storage for fishing gear. Highly recommend this rental.

Great Stay for Lobstering Week

Great Location to Beach Club

With small children, the short walk to the Cabana Beach Club was great. The dock in back was good for any boat up to roughly 25'. Quiet neighborhood.

Days in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Chris's property. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and the location is perfect for visiting the local beaches or just walking to the Cabana Club to enjoy the hot tub, the pool and the adjacent beach. The best perk is being able to park your truck and trailer on property. Not many places in KCB have this option.

The property upgrades were beautiful! We enjoyed our stay, close to great restaurants. We brought our boat did some fishing and snorkeling. Short drive to Key West for a day visit. Love the property, hosts were very friendly and very responsive. Will stay again. Thank you!

Beauty in paradise

One of the nicer beach properties we have stayed at. Short walking distance to Cabana Club pool and ocean, comfy beds, kitchen utensils and board games. Minor inconvenience was that WiFi was spotty and inconsistent but not a huge deal since we were on vacation.

Wonderful spot

Four adults and 2 children stayed very comfortably in this home on the canal. The owners were nice and informative and very quick to respond. Having the storage space for our fishing rods and bait cooler was a great asset to the trip.

Key Colony Beach

A great, large sized Key Colony Beach home. The location is absolutely brilliant. Everything you need for a family/friends getaway is provided for you. Quiet water front canal location with dockage and walking distance to waterfront dining. We enjoyed our stay here, made many memories and would recommend it highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring the Keys.

We love our summers boating on Keuka Lake and decided to extend our summers with the warm temperatures of the Florida Keys. We bought our place in July of 2014 and have enjoyed every moment that we can get away since!

After looking at numerous houses, duplexes and condos on various different Keys, we decided that our first love was where we were destined to buy.
