L'appartement est situé au premier étage d'un élégant immeuble florentin de la Via del Moro. Accès à l'étage avec ascenseur ou escalier, comme vous préférez.
Depuis l'entrée que vous partagez avec un autre appartement, vous pouvez accéder au vôtre; les deux appartements ont une entrée séparée et donc leur intimité.
L'appartement dispose d'un salon / cuisine entièrement équipé, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une chambre très élégante et de deux grands lits simples sur la mezzanine, tous ouverts.
TRES IMPORTANT
- Nous avons l'auto-enregistrement afin qu'après la réservation, vous recevrez un mail avec tous les détails d'accès;

The rooms were clean and the blankets and pillows were great. The location was good for accessing downtown.The loft room was a bit shorter ceilings so not as great for adults and the whole space is open above so not private for the master room. The communication was good but wifi wasn't working.

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence. This apartment is very conveniently located (close to the train station and many of the major sites). Maria the host was very easy to reach if needed. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, nice rooms.

The location is great, walking distance to all attractions. Clean rooms. The upstairs is a nice extension, and can sleep three people. The host is very responsive to any questions.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location was in a great spot and close to many notable locations. I thought the check in process could’ve improved, mainly by requesting guest information well ahead of the day of check in.

We loved Maria’s apartment. It was in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and within a 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to do. It has high ceilings and was very spacious with fun decor. The host was very flexible and even willing to let us leave our bags before check in so we didn’t have take them around the city with us. Make note, it took us some time to figure out the washer and dryer. It’s one unit and doesn’t fully dry on the first cycle. We found washing worked well on 5 and we would put it through a second dry cycle on 13. We would have let our clothes drip dry, but our stay was in the middle of the trip and we had a lot of washing! I would definitely stay here again!

Near the train station so the location is completely walkable. Apartment was quiet w/AC. Great restaurant— Trattoria Dall’Oste nearby— which I highly recommend

Amazing trip in Florence, italy

We had amazing trip in Florence, Italy. Mrs. Maria is really nice to answer my questions and even book taxis for my family to Florence airport earlier morning 4 AM. Her apartment is cozy and beautiful, easy access to all museums, cathedral and restaurants etc. I will highly recommend to stay at Mrs. Maria apartment.

Great location!

We had a nice stay at this apartment. The location is great for walking to many of the popular spots. One flight of stairs up to the flat, but there is also an elevator. The virtual key access was tricky for me as my cell signal wasn’t great in the alley, but the cleaning person was able to let me in so I could get the keys. We had no issues with the keys. It was easy to contact the property manager.

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable

We really enjoyed staying at Maria's apartment. It is in a great location between Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the Arno River. The apartment is very clean and provided everything we needed for a family of 4 and 6-nights stay. We loved the interior decorations! Two big advantages for staying here: elevator for the luggage and air conditioning! Maria was fantastic at communicating. Only advise to international travellers, please make sure you have cell and data upon arrival so that communication is easier. Also, I'm learning to use Whatsapp which is key for communicating. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to return someday soon!

Maria was very responsive and helpful with check in and any questions we had and checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything Place was very clean, lots of pillows on beds and bonus for us North Americans, there was an ice cube tray!! Haha Large bedroom with queen bed and storage. There are 3 twin beds upstairs, the spiral staircase can be challenging for some adults especially after a few wines, but we managed. Not ideal to bring luggage up though and not much space to leave downstairs but we managed by moving a few things around. Upstairs is open to downstairs so can be loud if trying to sleep upstairs and downstairs friends are up and talking We were 4 ladies on a girls trip, was easy to share « app » to unlock doors and leave interior door keys in lock box. Small downfalls, only sitting area is at the kitchen table, no living space with sofa/comfy chairs to chill after long day of walking. And the shower is quite tight. But both manageable! Also, if you’re planning on doing laundry, I highly suggest hang drying it, dryer takes FOREVER. There is a rack available! Location was great, less than 10 mins from train with lots of restaurants and grocery near by. I would recommend and would stay again!

Good location. Clean but no privacy for guests.

Good communication with host.The property was very clean and is in a good location and walkable to major sites. However, our check-in time was for 3 PM, but we could not check in until 4 pm because the apartment was not ready. Host let us keep our luggage in the foyer until it was ready. The beds were comfortable, however, the upstairs had a large ceiling beam that two of us hit our head on. The loft and the downstairs bedroom were separated by a sheer curtain. So there is no privacy for anyone staying in the downstairs bedroom. There is no living room. Overall, a decent stay.

Bare minimum

While the location was good and the unit was clean, getting access was very confusing. Fortunately for us after a 22 hour trip to get to Florence a neighboring rental couple came along and helped us get in. The hall way was dark and there are two step transitions that you can’t see. It would be very helpful to have the keys labeled and the doors identified. There was no living room area just the kitchen table. The sleeping areas up above the one bedroom is open to below. Not optimal. As the light shines thru so you can’t sleep. The single bed sleeping areas was open to the kitchen below and I had to duck so that I didn’t hit my head. The spiral staircase was difficult and so narrow. I felt the unit was misrepresented by previous guests in the comments.

Magnifique Florence

L’appartement était très bien situé toutefois un peu de peinture de rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. Les indications pour le chauffage n’étaient pas très claires. Maria fut d’une grande aimabilité !

Super appartement sur 2 étages avec un petit look vintage/kitch. Facile à trouver depuis la gare Santa Maria novella. 2 épiceries à deux pas. Une multitude de restaurants, galeries, boutiques. Matelas et oreillers confortables. Climatisation qui fonctionne super bien même dans la canicule. Laveuse à linge et lave-vaisselle très pratiques. Nous avons adoré la proximité avec tout, tout se fait à pied si vous êtes de bons marcheurs! Merci Maria !

The condo is nice and good for a short stay. It is a compact space. We were in town for just two days so the layout didn’t bother is much. The second bedroom is actually a loft and overlooks the lower bedroom. There is a sheer curtain but it offers little privacy. Future travelers should also note the spiral staircase is narrow so hauling larger suitcases upstairs will be difficult. This positives of this space is it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s also close to the train station which makes the “bag drag” less painful. It is also close to a bridge where you can cross the river and explore quieter areas of Florence.
