Merveilleux!

Sabrina a été une hÎte hors-pair. La communication a été bonne et les explications claires. L'appartement est parfaitement situé à distance de marche de tous les attraits. Pour notre famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants (4 et 6 ans), c'était parfait!

Our host was very responsive. Easy to coordinate with. The condominium was clean and orderly. Location was perfect. 200 meters from the train station. Easy walk to great shopping. Just right outside the doors was a Biscotti bakery. The smell was amazing. Located near by was the mercado centrale. ( central market). Fresh everything. Charcuterie, cheeses, fresh sandwiches, vinegar, lemon cello, pizza, cannoli, and pastries. High end shops were within minutes of walking. Sight seeing was easy and all very close to the condominium. One note, this is a unit upstairs. No elevator. Overall a great stay.

Amazing place and location

Property is within walking distance to the train station. Nice large kitchen and sitting area. Easy to walk to all the attractions in Florence. Great restaurants near the property. Host was helpful when we had questions about the area. Thanks for making our visit to Florence memorable.

Charming and clean!

My family of 4, two teen boys, arrived via train and found the check in process quick and easy. The apartment was old and charming and very clean. No bugs or webs anywhere. Book of directions was great. We booked mainly because this was in the middle of our 2 week trip and it has both a washer and dryer, soap provided as well as some drying racks for delicates. The king size bed coudlve been a little more comfortable and there are no facial tissues for wiping your nose. Cant beat the location. Quiet at night despite being on a busy steeet full of people. Felt very secure with the 2 sets of locked doors getting into the building. There is no elevator so you go up 4 sets of steps to the second floor. Kitchen is large and a great place to hang out in downtime. My only negative would be no hooks on walls or doors to hang towels to grab when done with showering or to hang when dry. Other than that, my husband and I agreed we would stay there again!

Fun, lively neighborhood

The apartment was as advertised, on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, but once there, quite comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was fun for just walking around with lots of restaurants and stores on the street. The washer and dryer were so helpful!

Great Location

The apartment is in the perfect location, you were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the beautiful sites of Florence. It is very clean, with washer and dryer and the walk up the stairs each day was like we were experiencing Florence as if we lived there. Sabrina was a great communicator, all the way up to our check-in., Very thorough with helping me to sign into WhatApp for messaging and calling. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment had great character and well appointed. The location couldn't be beat. It was right in the heart of Florence yet, once you are inside it was very quiet and secure.

Great Apartment

The apartment is located close to the train station and all the sites are easy to walk to. The check in was very easy. You do need access to text messaging to do the check in. Just couldn’t use the ESIM card. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Not an issue for us but might be for some. The apartment is clean, spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. It was great having both a washer and dryer. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.

Comfort in the Heart of Florence

We liked that the living space was all on one level (albeit on the 3rd floor; considered the 2nd floor in Europe). Plenty of room for two couples, with one true full bath and another "wet room" bath). Perfect location, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Would stay again.

Perfect Location

Great stay, walked out the front door into the hustle and bustle of a busy pedestrian only street. Very close to many eateries and markets. Walking distance to Duomo and chapels etc. Authentic Book a Batch, comfy beds but ensuite in main bedroom was very very small and compact. Did the job at the end of the day .

Excellent location

The location of this apartment is excellent! All major sites and the train station are just a short walk from this unit. The unit is quiet, yet the street below is lively and has many restaurants. There is a good breakfast place just down the street. The unit is spacious and the air conditioning was great during the heat of the summer. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed her quite comfortably. Sabrina was excellent and responded quickly to all questions asked. She has a nice binder with good information in the unit and guidebooks to look through on her shelf. We had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you Sabrina!!

Excellent location near train station

Great location. Just a few blocks from the train station. Right in the midst of Florence with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Host was excellent. Very comfortable space with plenty of room to spread out. Has a washer and dryer in the unit! Highly recommend!

The apartment had everything my wife wanted and more. It even had a clothes dryer. That made her very happy. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Perfect Stay

Only three nights in Florence so we needed the perfect location and this apartment didn’t disappoint. Walking distance to the train station, loads of shopping and food galore. We walked to the other side of the river as well. Anything you need in the apartment and worked perfectly for myself and two children with room to spare. Communication with the host was spot on. Nothing negative to say here and would 100% rent again!
