Située à quelques minutes de Seagate et des plages de Lowdermilk, cette communauté de tennis fermée sur 85 acres de paysage tropical luxuriant, possède de nombreux sentiers de coquillages, lacs et réserves. 2 piscines communautaires chauffées, jacuzzis extérieurs, café au bord de la piscine, saunas, vestiaires, salles de fitness, 16 courts de tennis éclairés (12 har tru et 4 courts en dur).
Ce condo très bien entretenu au 2ème étage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec vue privée sur l'ouest est situé au milieu de Naples, à 3, 3 miles de Seagate Beach et à 3, 7 miles de Lowdermilk Beach. 4. 4 miles de Mercato et du centre-ville de Naples.

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment with many amenities, super easy check in and out, owner is accessible and accommodating. This was our second stay in this property and I would happily come again.

Condo is super clean and comfortable, location is ideal, and owner is friendly and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. This is our third stay and we will keep coming back as long as we are able.

Holiday Trip

Great property for the tennis enthusiast. Unit was located very nicely to access the amenities of the community. We enjoyed our stay and time in the area and can see ourselves returning again in the future. All of the dealings with the hosts were excellent and we appreciated some of the tips on the area.

Condo was a good size for us! Needed some updates, but didn’t affect our stay. Stephen was a great owner- very concerned that we had all we needed! I would stay again & have already recommended it to friends!!!

Not just for tennis players!

We spent a month in this lovely community. Great for walking, jogging and biking (wished they offered rentals🙂) Within a mile to grocery store and shops. The pool and cafe are great. The condo was nicely furnished. Comfortable for the two of us with occasional visitors.

A Place in the Sun

I thought this location was excellent for getting around Naples. People were friendly and the tennis facility and pool first rate. I knew before I came that this would be a small condo and I would be upstairs, which I am not used to. I would have liked a few more amenities and a more up to date TV, but the owner was very nice and helpful and my stay was fine.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was the perfect setup for us. The condo is very clean and functional. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was perfect for us as we were spending most days with our daughter’s family at the beach! Plenty of basic supplies were available too. Televisions worked well; bed was comfortable and having 2 showers very nice. There was easy access to major highways and stores. Most of all the owner was very accommodating and helpful!

Great place

Clean, quiet, very short walk to pool and tennis. World Tennis Club was well known to us years ago when we came with young children. This unit has been renovated and the property is well kept and very attractive. Very satisfied with our stay.

World Tennis Club

Excellent pool area. The drinks and food cafe was a nice touch. Most people were very friendly. Condo was quiet and clean. A bit undersupplied with kitchen glasses. mugs and the like. Beds could use updating but overall very nice.

Great location in Naples

The condo is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, beaches and downtown Naples. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials. The balcony is peaceful and has a pretty, private view. The owner is helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo is very compact for a two bedroom/two bath so I wouldn't recommend it for four adults, though it was perfect for the two of us. I also recommend that the owner replaces the pillows as they are very flat. Otherwise everything was great!

Wonderful Naples stay

Unit was well equipped, very clean and VERY comfortable, and the location is great - close to beaches, grocery store, Target, etc. The owner was helpful and totally accessible. One minor note: the kitchen is very small, so if you are planning on making a lot of meals at home, just know that you can't really fit more than one person in the kitchen at the same time.
