This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located on the first floor in a gated community is bright, clean and comfortable. It offers newer appliances, decor and furniture (new build in 2017/2018). Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in patio, just steps from the community's heated swimming pool!

Amenities of the community include a clubhouse with gathering room, community pool, spa, BBQ/Grill and sundeck. Amenities in the condo unit include wifi, basic cable, dishwasher, portable working station, and a full size washer and dryer. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This property has a 30 day minimum rental period and requires a lease application with approval (property owner to cover any application fees associated with lease, lease to be filled out 30 days from rental date)

Excellent property

We had a wonderful time at this unit. Excellent communication with the owner before and during our stay. The unit is spacious and everything is labeled to make it easy to settle in. The pool & hot tub are just a quick walk around the corner from the unit, and the neighbors are very friendly. The location is convenient to downtown Naples with plenty of shopping and restaurant options. We had a great stay and highly recommend it. Richard & Regina

A Perfect Place

From the moment we walked into our two month rental home, we never had a complaint. The place is beautiful— the rooms were large and nicely furnished. We had a huge closet which made it so easy to unpack and to always be able to find what we wanted to wear. The furniture is mostly white and very comfortable. We loved sitting in the great room and spent many hours sitting outside on the lanai or by the property’s pool which was very close to our condo. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the grey furniture was perfect. The bathroom area for the main bedroom was very large and the shower was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel that we belonged. We would definitely consider renting this place again.
