Bookings during summer vacation are only available for 7, 14, 21, or 28 nights (on a weekly basis). Check-in and check-out during this period are only allowed on Saturdays.

PLEASE NOTE: This vacation home is an officially licensed/certified property that, unlike many other illegal vacation homes and apartments in Mallorca, is rented out legally. For this reason, you’re on the safe side when renting here and have nothing to fear from the authorities, etc.

This exclusively furnished, renovated, and modernized property with free Wi-Fi (as a complimentary extra) features a villa (approx. 160 m²) with a large terrace and an attached apartment (approx. 60 m²) with a separate entrance, a balcony, and a large rooftop terrace offering a magnificent view of the sea across the Bay of Pollença.

The renovated villa consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom with shower/toilet), an additional bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a dining room that opens onto the large terrace, which features a built-in grill and a covered outdoor kitchen.

The separate studio annex with its own exterior entrance features a living room with a fireplace, a refrigerator, and a comfortable couch; a large bedroom with a balcony; a bathroom with a tub and shower; and another bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the balcony, a staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, which offers a stunning ocean view over the Bay of Pollença and the mountains.

The garden with pool: The quietly located property, close to the beach, is approximately 1,000 square meters in size and is fenced for privacy. It is beautifully landscaped and features a swimming pool behind the house that is open year-round.

In the immediate vicinity, you can't only swim in the sea but also take long walks, “climb” the local mountain—about a 20-minute walk away via trails—and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Bay of Pollença and the Bay of Alcudia from there.

At the Bon Aire marina—about a 5-minute walk from the villa—you can rent sailboats and motorboats, take sailing lessons, and there’s even a diving school there.

The renovated villa is located away from the tourist crowds in northern Mallorca, right in the beautiful and quiet town of Bonaire (next to Mal Pas) near Alcúdia (Old Town) on a hillside with ocean views.

This quiet and exclusive villa district is situated in the Bay of Pollença. The peaceful and well-maintained area is home to many exclusive villas—including those owned by celebrities. Within walking distance, at the harbor of Bonaire, you’ll find several good and very nice restaurants and bars, as well as a small supermarket.

The nearest swimming cove with a fine sandy beach in Mal Pas is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. Even closer is the rocky beach at Bon Aire, which also features ladder access points into the water. The gently sloping sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca are about a 10-minute drive away, and the kilometer-long sandy beaches of Porto Alcudia Bay—which are also ideal for small children—are also about a 10-minute drive away.

It’s only about a 30-minute drive to Palma, and 5 minutes to the beautiful old town of Alcudia. Beach life, discos, and nightlife can be found in Porto Alcudia, about 10 minutes away by car.

Golf: Very close by (about a 5-minute drive) is arguably the most beautiful golf course in Mallorca and one of the most beautiful in the world: the extremely well-maintained “Alcanada Golf” club. An 18-hole course beautifully situated right by the sea, offering a breathtaking view of Alcudia Bay.
