LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Au cƓur du quartier des arts du Nord-Est! Superbe 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain avec laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, cuisine Ă©tonnante, et beaucoup d'espace. PrĂšs de tous les meilleurs aliments et activitĂ©s et brasseries dans le nord-est. ~ 10 minutes du centre-ville et North Loop; ~ 20 minutes de Uptown. Il y a des choses de cuisine de base (je cuisine tout simplement), la tĂ©lĂ©, et on peut aller Ă  pied. Les voyageurs ayant la meilleure expĂ©rience ici ont tendance Ă  ĂȘtre plus jeunes.

The host was responsive and helpful! They quickly replaced the microwave when we told them it was not working. The location is also great, walkable to many desirable locations.I do think the beds could be significantly improved. The twins were more like cots - the mattress was too large for the platform they were on and one of the guests in my group actually toppled off the bed overnight because it was unstable. Because of this, it felt a bit like false advertising - there were not as many real beds as described.

Stay was above average. The house was clean and access to downtown was accommodating. There was 3 negatives about our stay. A dirty dish was found in one the closets, no direction the trash dumpster, smoke alarm in upstairs bedroom should be reinstalled.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious home that was just perfect for a week stay. Close to just about everything while still in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond. Would recommend bringing your own cookware if you plan on making anything that may need a certain type of pan or bake ware, but all of the basics are provided. Definitely a place we would stay again!

Great place in Minneapolis!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Trish's home in Minneapolis. It was very centrally located to much of what our team needed to do in the Twin Cities. We would definitely stay again.

The property was as described. However, when we arrived there was no toilet paper or paper towels as well as a sticky counter.We didn’t spend much time in the house because we were in town for a very busy wedding weekend. The house served its purpose

Nice House - Good Space

Spent 4 nights over Christmas at this house and it was great set up and NE Minneapolis location. Enjoyed our stay and will rent again when we come to town.

Cute place- well used

Interesting location. House is covered in overgrown trees and hard to spot. In a neighborhood surrounded by churches. Church bells go off nonstop. They start at 7:30 AM on Sunday and go off every half an hour. Active area at night time. Upstairs was hot even with AC on so we slept with windows open. The house is cute and well decorated on the inside. Upstairs bedroom doesn’t have bunk beds but three twins, one with a trundle under it. We went and got a fan because the upstairs is hot with no ceiling fans. We needed some air movement. Rooms are bright in the morning.

Great place!

This place was awesome - clean, modern & updated, lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get anywhere in the cities. Only downside was not enough comfy seating in the living room - with more than three people, one couch wasn’t enough. We could have also used a shovel after arriving after a snowstorm to clean up the stairs & walks. Overall great rental, would definitely stay here again!

Comfy beds...

Beds were comfortable but a lot of light comes in to bedrooms at night making it a little difficult to sleep. We appreciated the adequate heat inside and winter wonderland outside! Ask if dishwasher has been fixed, could definitely use some new skillets. Overall a pleasant home with lots of room for a family to stay!

Awesome Stay & Great Location

Our stay at this VRBO was awesome all around. The location was great and the number of beds was great for our group! The host was responsive when we reached out. The unit had great AC, a large kitchen area, and a nice living space for us to gather in. Some of the fixtures in the unit seem like they were selected with this being a rental in mind, so they can be a little fragile/cheap in materials. Although, this did not hinder our enjoyment of the space, and I think it makes sense financially for the host.

Great place for a weekend stay

We were a group of 5 that rented this property for a long weekend. Location in the heart of NE Minneapolis can't be beat. The place accommodated us very comfortably. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness when we arrived; the kitchen wasn't fully cleaned and one of the bathrooms had a clogged sink. When raised with the property owner, they sent their cleaner (whose contact info is also on the fridge) to take care of whatever they could and the cleaner was very apologetic and helpful. All considered, I'd gladly stay at this place again.

House in Minneapolis

The property was as listed and very comfortable. The location was 15 min from anywhere we needed or wanted to go. There was a small issue with the TV that was remedied quickly the next day. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi would disconnect intermittently and happened on all types of devices with all parties. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the house was as well.
