Another glowing review to follow all of the previous glowing reviews....this place is a gem. It was absolutely spotless, very well appointed, comfortable, quiet, and nicely situated in Watersound. We particularly appreciated that each bedroom had a great view; as others have noted, the dunes and water vistas are beautiful. The heated pool next to the building was fantastic - great that there is reserved lap time before 9:30am! Really lovely hosts as well. We have stayed in multiple spots nearby, but we all agree this was our favorite and will be our place to come for as long as it is available!

Superior, comfortable condo, within easy walking distance to a lovely beach. All rooms are well-appointed and there is plenty of room for 8 or so people (although 4 will sleep in bunks.) The three of us on this trip had more than enough room. Indoor parking is a plus and the cage of beach equipment seemed well stocked, although we did not use any of it. Photos show sea view exactly, as there are high dunes seaward, protecting the building. Jeannie is an amazing host, and the communication with her was beyond excellent. This was important as we were arriving a few days after a hurricane passed over the area, and the electricity was restored only on day before we arrived. A couple of bugaboos: the TP was, essentially, single-ply sand paper and needs an upgrade. The near-by pool is owners-only, so it’s a bit of a walk to the one renters can use. And beware the shower caddy in the main bathroom, which can give you a good head bonk if you are over, say, 5’6”. Definitely a place to return to!

Hi Paul, Thank you for your kind words! I just want to clear something up about the pool next door. The Dunesider pool is open to everyone in the community, not just owners. And there is no code needed to enter. Did someone tell you that it was for owners only? Also, there is a smaller pool on the other side of our second building that is for Compass Point owners and guests only and I supplied you that code in the Welcome Letter. Beautiful condo overlooking the sand dunes with peaks of the incredible blue waters of the ocean.our host was very attentive. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Came with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The area is so beautiful and the beach is close by with boardwalks everyway to get to the beach. We loved our time here and will certainly be back.

The condo was perfect! Beautiful views of the beaches, garage/covered parking spot, pool and beach within walking distance and there were plenty of extras included with our stay. Thorough communication from the owner and they supplied plenty of trash can liners, dishwasher/laundry tabs and shampoo/conditioner in each shower. Beach chairs and towels are included. We would stay here again!
