Dunes de Seagrove - Calme par la plage

Laissez le stress derriÚre, et de venir à Seagrove Beach, Floride. Profitez de belles plages de sable blanc, ou au bord de la piscine à deux niveaux, de 7500 pieds carrés (chauffée en saison). La spacieuse copropriété 1495 pieds carrés, achevé en 2002, peut accueillir dix personnes confortablement.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et un canapé-lit dans son coin lecture. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire à jets et une douche de plain-pied séparée. Autres couchage comprennent un lit queen-size dans la chambre d'amis, une alcÎve avec deux lits superposés et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Chaque chambre est dotée d'un balcon surplombant les eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique.

Dunes de Seagrove, situé prÚs de l'autoroute Scenic 30-A, est à quelques minutes du bord de mer et l'eau couleur, qui propose des concerts saisonniers, des festivals artistiques, et de nombreux restaurants haut de gamme. Le golf est à seulement dix minutes à Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club. Ne manquez pas le port de Baytowne Village, qui a été présenté dans Southern Living.

Seagrove trip

Perfect place for our group ! Quick walk to beach and pool. Well equipped kitchen and nice size bathrooms and comfortable beds. The view from living area is also wonderful!

The condo smelled freshly clean when we arrived. As a mom with small kids cleanliness is super important to me. Very easy check in process and easy parking too. This is our third time to stay at Dunes of seagrove. This is by far our favorite unit! We will be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall an enjoyable stay and would likely stay again. Pros: Location; amenities (elevator/luggage carts were very handy); great AC; beach gear available; nice furnishings/well decorated; kitchen amply supplied; extra bedding and blankets provided; quick communication from owner. Cons: Cleanliness- the unit has been remodeled and is very cute but the cleaning crew seems lacking, particularly with laundering bedding/pillows/blankets and sweeping/mopping.

A great vacation spot!

Right on the water! The condo was great and just as advertised. We wound highly recommend and will be back for sure! The beach is so close and then there are two pools, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam room, tennis and pickleball courts and so muc. More!

Everything is as very nice and the place is great. Really good space and laid out in a way that everyone has privacy. Inside was quiet and pool was really nice and big. It’s easiest to get to beach at the street. To the left is public, the right is private. If you want chairs you need to get in line before 8 and reserve. You can’t put up a tent in front of them they’ll love you back. On the public side there is a line that rents can’t be past also.

Great fall break spot

Check-in was simple (and we were even able to get in early!), condo was very nice with all the amenities we needed, and location/proximity to beach was great. There were five of us so plenty of room, but it would be snug (esp with only two bathrooms) if you had the max capacity of 10 advertised.

Great getaway!

Our family (adults) enjoyed staying at this updated condo! We enjoyed the property amenities (pool, fitness center) as well as the ocean view. This property is absolutely amazing and 100% as described. Unfortunately, we chose to leave just a few days into our trip because of Hurricane Helene, however, the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Great location!

We loved the location of this condo. Situated on the second floor, this condo was an easy 1-2 minute walk to private beach. Beach isn’t crowded like Destin. Balcony view of the beach was an added plus. Shower tubs could’ve been cleaner. Soap scum were visible. Kitchen and bathrooms beautifully updated. We would definitely stay here again.

We have always loved vacationing at the gulf with its beautiful white sand beaches and bright blue water. When I found the 30A area, I felt like I had finally found the beach that I was always reading about in books. It is such a pleasant and laid back area where nature truly takes center stage.
