Christmas in South Padre

This was a great place to stay. Will definitely look to return to this property. Clean, great pools, easy access to the beach. Easy walking to places near our resort.

The place is very comfortable and well equipped. Gorgeous beach view! Teens enjoyed the condo and localization. Comfortable beds and showers. We had an issue during check in as the condo was not ready for us and the door was opened. Problem solved in the first hour. It was not a big deal.

Great Place to stay on the Beach!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described on the listing. The view of the beach was amazing and an easy walkway to the beach! Plenty of space so you don’t feel on top of your family members. Loved having a full kitchen, dining table, living room to cook, eat and gather in. Will definitely be staying here again in the future! This place made for a great family vacation and would highly recommend to others!

Not as nice as last time

Sheets in main bed were dirty. There was dried snot on main bed pillow. Guest shower never had hot water and didn’t drain well during use either. I saw roaches and ants. Window looking out at view is cloudy and dirty (needs new window because of condensation in between panes not a cleaning issue) so blocks view. It was easy to get a hold of manger and responses were quick but hit water was never addressed and I’m not sure if anyone came to spray for bugs 
they may have at some point but we didn’t see them. There is not a lot stocked in kitchen, bring your own can opener and Cups.

Beautiful place

The pictures were exactly how the place looked like. Very spacious, lovely pools, great beach access. The only thing was the keypad to access the room. You couldn't always hear if you were pressing a button/number, therefore, we did struggle a bit. Everything else was amazing!

Perfect location for our family vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Saida 4403 condo. We were very comfortable, we hosted a dinner for the entire family and didn’t feel crowded at all. A washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus. This is a perfect location for a beach vacation for a family with multiple generations. The security at the gate and around the property help keep a parent’s mind at ease as our teenagers navigated the property on their own. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo in the Perfect Location

We really loved this place. Has amazing views of the beach from the patio with just a short walk to the beach. The parking lot is very secure. Don’t have anything but good things to say about it. Will definitely be back!

Great Location

Condo was nicely decorated and the location/view was amazing. Disappointed that the condo was not clean at all. Both showers had a lot of mold on the tiles, surfaces were very dusty, the floor turned our feet black, the vents were moldy, all the shades were missing slats. We had to hang a sheet over the second bedroom windows so no could see in. We spent a better part of our first day at Walmart shopping for cleaning supplies and cleaning. I did notify the property manager/maintenance they both responded immediately. Chris the property manager came out and walked through. She was very apologetic and did offer to send the cleaning crew back out however we already throughly cleaned. Once we got that done our vacation/stay was great.

Had all we needed. Perfect location, great view, had a great time on the pool - has multiple pools and this was a plus for us.

Great stay

Overall all great experience and location! Beautiful condo and ocean view was amazing! A few cons: The condo was not completely clean, there was sand in our bed sheets and sand on the floor (this is understandable given you are at the beach). Suggestion: We would have spent more time in the patio area if the chairs were upgraded.

We have been very happy with our stay in this condo! It is beautifully updated and has been the best condo we have found in Saida. The beds were comfortable, always had hot water, and TVs come with Netflix which is all we needed. Spent most days at the beach and then pool. It appears to get a little crazy on Saturday nights so if you have small children I would recommend coming during the week and bringing a sound machine for night time.

Practicality

Was very easy to rent . Only recommend glass coffee table be replaced . Not practical with kids. Looks good though . Very nice condo !!

Great condo, lovely stay!

We enjoyed spending the week at the island. The property is very conveniently located, and a short walk to the beach! It was very clean, and the kiddos enjoyed having TVs in every room. It was also a plus having a washer/dryer in the room. The communication between myself and the prop. owner was great, and I have no complaints. Overall, it was a seamless process and we hope to come back. Thank you!

Beautiful view

The condo has a great view and amenities! Great place to take kids. Very safe with a lot of security on the property. The beaches are beautiful with white sand and clean water!

Great condo and service

We had a great stay at this beautifully updated condo. It's just a short walk to the beach and the big porch is awesome for taking in the view. Criss was SO accommodating, professional, and helpful, even allowing us to adjust the dates of our stay due to the unexpected death of a friend. It was really nice to be given that flexibility. I would highly recommend this condo for both the quality, price, and service!
